Really pleased
I hadn’t heard of OtakuHype before but I couldn’t find the volumes of the manga I wanted elsewhere, so based on the good reviews I decided to place an order (so pleased it was in stock!) and am really happy with the service. My order was processed promptly and I received it within the same week, plus the books were well packaged and protected. I would definitely order from them again.

a wonderful site to buy from.
i was very impressed with the speed they dispatched my items and the amount of care they took to wrap each individual thing i had bought in bubble wrap. delivery speed was great too, and i was very pleasantly surprised when i unboxed my parcel to see they have given me a postcard and bookmark with illustrations on as a free bonus.
this is my first time buying from OtakuHype, and i shall be returning as i was very happy with the service! (◍•ᴗ•◍)

Amazing experience
I contacted the team before making a purchase regarding stock and they replied so fast. The release date of the item I preordered was moved back a little but the team kept me in the loop and updated. It was worth the wait, I highly recommend using OtakuHype 😌

I had a pre-order for a nendoroid and even though it was delayed by Good Smile, it was communicated to me via OtakuHype with updates. Item arrived safely and earlier than initially anticipated in the latest delay email.

Genuine item, reasonably priced and arrived quickly.
Order arrived quickly, well packaged and was a genuine item at a reasonable price. Couldn’t have gone better and they will definitely be the first place I look for Nendoroids or similar figures in future!

UK Based Anime/Manga Store that's on the money
One of the only shops in the UK thatr provides authentic anime/manga merch at fair prices. I'm also pleased with how quickly they send out your purchases. Stock can run low now and then but I still think there is enough to browse and buy if you are that way inclined.

Package arrived with no problems and the product was in better condition than I thought since it said damaged packaging .
I only wish they would have given me a notice for the delivery since it arrived very surprisingly
