Receptionist I spoke to was polite, friendly and very understanding of my request .
All the staff at Riverside surgery are helpful and go the extra mile in my experience with the surgery 👏

My g p service has been very supportive through my mental health crisis

This application has a major defect. When using it one cannot switch between apps. Doing so results in all input data being lost and having to start again from the beginning. This problem needs to be addressed. Otherwise it is rather usless.

Easy way to book an appointment with GP.No need to tell receptionist health problems in front of others.

I like amina as it stops these surgeries getting over populated with non emergencies and the response was very quick and is always delt with speed.

For me at my age, really easy process. Had a call back from the GP surgery within 10 minutes of completing the form. I did speak to reception before as I wasn’t aware of the new process. I did ask how our older generation managed with the new process and was informed that they can still call and speak with reception who will deal with their queries. Simple process for those confident online and speedy response.

Kind helpful considerate staff who deal with the anima's i send due to chronic health issues. Couldn't wish for better. Theyre efficient, helpful & very responsive. Thanks for helping.

Once I understood how to book appointments on the website I found it easy

I filled out the questionnaire and got a quick response for an appointment same day

I think the online request is so much better than trying to call.
After doing this i have always had a very speedy reply and either seen or a prescription left.

After years of poor care, I desperately reached out to this surgery after seeing so many amazing g reviews, my health was drastically declining under the care of other GP surgeries. The care my family have now recieved has been excellent, absolutely everything they do from, admin to care, is nothing short of a miracle compared to other surgeries. I will forever be grateful to the surgery. They are the best I have ever come across.

Easy to use and has offered me quick professional guidance Twice recently.

It is improving with the use of AI to aid direction to the reqired service but has some way to go to be more intuative.

Really good experience i put a request for a medication review in in the morning and within an hour I had a reply saying my difficulty had being sorted out. Brilliant system, fantastic service and they gave me a really quick response I couldn't fault it. Thank you.
