Entah scam atau gimana ini? Order tanggal 26 Januari 2024 dan udah bayar tanggal segitu tapi disuruh bayar lagi tanggal 26 Januari 2024 :) dan akhirnya server ke suspend.
Support ga ada sama sekali, discord ga aktif, tiket di discord di close, admin di discord ga ada yang bisa di dm sama sekali.
Ga rekomen buat hosting disini -1 bintang.

Ordered a service worth of IDR85,000.00 at 11/01/2024 18:00 UTC+7 from its website (anjas.id). Absolutely zero customer service, no contact person available, tried to reach the ticketing system on their discord, turns out it isn't available even though it's literally written on the bot message that purchase are still available in anjas.id.
DM-ed the Technical Manager (akusayuu; ID: 1052176765084258336) for two days straight during work hours and outside work hours. Not even a reply is given back.
DM-ed the Anjas Chief (miireal; ID: 245881327889416192) DMs are closed so message can't be sent.
