I have used similar services in the past, but can truthfully say that Anne Health has impressed me more than I ever expected. Their doctors, counsellors, and support workers are all incredibly caring and helpful. I honestly could not ask for more from them, or thank them enough. If you are trying to decide between Anne Health, or their well known competitor, I have used both and there is no contest.

I signed up for my teen having used another service for the last 2 years. We have been super happy with communication, support and guidance. Yes it costs more up front but the costings are transparent from the start and knowing it is possible to have human interaction is extremely reassuring.
I have trusted in Susie Green since hearing her speak at a conference several years ago. As a parent, she has walked in our shoes and I believe without question she has the best interests of trans youth in mind at all times.

My experience with Anne Health has been overwhelmingly positive. I've felt well-cared for and respected at every step. I'm glad I took the risk with a new company, as they made it much easier to understand the costs involved: an upfront fee, a monthly fee, and the medication cost from the pharmacy. Other services often charge separately for each item, making it difficult to calculate the total expense. I appreciate Anne Health's approach of a higher monthly fee that includes nearly everything in the subscription.

I'm confident in the service I received and highly recommend it. While I would have preferred to go through the NHS to save money, the 7+ year wait for an initial assessment and the potential for subpar service made me choose this route. I'm grateful for the quick and high-quality service I received, with my first HRT dose coming just 4 weeks after paying the initial fee.

The doctor and counselor I worked with were excellent and made me feel safe. I'm looking forward to future follow-up appointments.

An excellent, life saving service for my teen. The process was thorough, well informed, positive and a pleasure. The staff are available to answer questions and provide guidance and nothing but support. I cannot recommend this service enough.

Excellent service and communication. I know my daughter’s health is taken care of. I no longer have to worry about prescriptions or blood tests as they handle everything with the upmost care. I believe Anne health was started to help trans youth that have been let down for so long and are still being let down.I would give 100 stars if I could. One month in and so far I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and caring nature of the people who work at Anne Health. Communication has been good from the start, often with an email response within 24 hours. When I asked for a letter to take when travelling abroad with my medication, Anne Health offered me an earlier medical consultation so I would have the letter in time. (My previous gender care specialist had become increasingly unreliable.) Both the counselling and medical consultations were positive and thorough experiences. My monthly subscription is affordable and covers many things that my previous organisation did not cover. I feel very confident that I am in good hands with Anne Health. Anne Health have been brilliant with my son, we were very nervous about the whole issue of accessing trans care and they were friendly and helpful. We could ask all the questions that we wanted to and didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything, or judged in any way. So relieved to have found them!

I have been treated with so much care and dignity. To just know there is human contact available at every stage of my care and that each conversation has been so quick in reply and uplifting, this has been a key part of my health care in itself. Each step has been explained and assisted and each meeting online has been accessible and compassionate. I was anxious to change my health care provider, but I am so glad I did, the difference has truly been a major part for my wellbeing, I know they care about who I am.

A gender affirming service who listen, are supportive, compassionate and so knowledgeable. The communication is fantastic, very responsive and in a very timely manner.

We feel safe with them and know that we are dealing with professionals who know their stuff!! Our appointment with the endocrinologist was incredibly in depth and answered any questions we had and our time with the counsellor was time well spent. My daughter says she felt very comfortable in all her sessions and far more confident that she felt with her previous provider.

Facing an eight year wait for NHS care I decided I simply had to seek out private health care for my transition. I'm so so glad I selected Anne Health; from the get go, the admin team were helpful and efficient, and my sessions with the counsellor were interesting, intelligent and supportive. I genuinely felt listened to and supported, that shouldn't be a change, but it is. I have a complicated health history and the firm's endocrinologist insisted on a very wide range of blood tests to ensure my safety and optimum results. The Dr. and I had a full conversation regarding the effects of HRT, and again I felt listened to and supported. I could not be happier with the quality of my ongoing support and care, just knowing they are available is a huge lift. I cannot recommend Anne Health and it's team highly enough.
