Ryan is very friendly easy to communicate with and you know what what is going on..

They make the process easier for you unlike other places I have experienced..

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Thought I would be declined cause most other companies do based on my credit score but these actually looked at whether I could afford to repay rather than my past

Excellent company who take the time to actually review your circumstances rather than allow an algorithm to make a decision. Took me a while to get the correct documentation across but that was my fault and Ryan’s communicating was excellent throughout. He set an expectation as to when we would be able to sign the loan off and this was met. Overall, this company offers fantastic customer service and a great product.

Good support and communication.

Wanted all sorts of documents, proof of ID, proof of income, proof of no CCJs, 3 months bank statement, for just a £200 loan. No thanks, went elsewhere, applied and had the money in my account in under 25 mins.. Edit, dear Ann, as I explained, I went elsewhere and cancelled the application, as you will see from my email. I would have probably been accepted, but just didn't want to wait days for just £200.

Great straight forward experience. Joy, my account manager was friendly and efficient
