Ann's is the best for buying and consigning
I've both bought and sold multiple times with Ann's. Most recently, I purchased a Birkin 25 in Gold, which I absolutely love. As a buyer, I will only buy from Ann's, because I know that the item has been carefully handled by their team and will arrive as described. There is no concern of undisclosed wear/damage/odors/etc. In contrast, I have been burned by multiple other pre-owned luxury retailers before, both large and small, who have not disclosed things like odors and wear. Ann's has very high standards and is honest about item condition. As a seller, their consignment is the only consignment I trust my luxury items with. As someone who keeps their items in pristine condition, I know that everything is handled by Ann's with the utmost care. There is no concern of the condition of my items deteriorating under their protection. The pricing at Ann's is beneficial to both buyers and sellers as well, since their consignment model is very fair. I have received the highest payouts for my items as a seller with Ann's and have also received the best deals as a buyer with Ann's. The only downside as a seller is that sometimes you have to wait for your item to sell, and so occasionally I will choose a buyout option elsewhere. However, if you do choose to consign, it has been my experience that the team at Ann's has excellent and extremely quick communication and stays on top of pricing in order to help you sell your item for a price that works well for you. Overall, I highly recommend Ann's for both buying and consigning luxury items.

Great condition
I ordered a 32 Kelly on Ann’s Fabulous Finds and I am happy to say that the bag I received was in really great condition even though it was marked as “good”. Delivery was quick and the bag was carefully packed. I was really nervous buying such an expensive bag online so I went with a reputable seller . Ann’s has been around for such a long time and their reputation is stellar. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.
