Purchasing Process is Misleading
They list PayPal as an accepted form of payment on their homepage, so I was prepared to complete my purchase online using that option. However, PayPal was not available at checkout. After reaching out to customer service, I was informed that while they do accept PayPal, it is only offered for purchases under $5,000 due to high refund fees.
This limitation was not disclosed upfront and felt misleading. Clear communication about payment restrictions would help prevent confusion and frustration during the purchasing process.

We appreciate you sharing this feedback, and we’re sorry checkout was frustrating—especially since you expected to use PayPal. While we accept PayPal, it isn’t always available for every purchase because PayPal doesn’t support an authorize/capture flow that works for luxury consignment, where fraud prevention and occasional identity verification are essential before funds are captured; on high-value orders, capturing payment too early can also expose small businesses to significant nonrefundable processing costs if an order must be canceled or returned. Because of this, the payment methods shown at checkout are determined by fraud and processing filters that consider factors like order value, customer history, and order-specific authentication markers, and those rules change over time, so we only display the methods we can safely accept for that specific transaction. The good news is this is usually easy to resolve by contacting our Customer Service team, as we often can provide alternate payment options or adjust PayPal availability once verification is complete.

My first Louis V Neverfull
It was my first time shopping on AFF & it was a special going on however I didn’t realize the special was on certain closet items. AFF still gave me the discount & shipped my LV never full fast! Her site describes the items really well but when I got it in person it was even better than the description! The purse is beautiful & looks brand new! I am in love with my Louis & I can’t wait to make another purchase!!

Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping and item was in great condition. Only thing I would mention was that the goods smelled with moth ball odor. Not sure if that was how it was stored and picked up the odor or if it came like that from whomever they obtained from.

We are sensitive to smells here, and when we notice an odor, we mention it in the description. Unfortunately, it has been our experience smells can occur during transit, especially when traveling through different climates. The heat and humidity also seem to be a factor. I can confirm the bag was not stored, packed, or anywhere near actual mothballs, and the bag didn't leave our warehouse with a smell. The good news is airing out has always dissipated this type of odor, so we are quite confident if you leave the bag sitting outside its dustbag in a well-ventilated area, the smell will go away. Charcoal bags and sneaker balls can also assist in eliminating odors. We hope to do business with you in the future.
