Bunc Ghost Service. Songs Disappear Anonyxghost…
I uploaded my new track to Anonyxghost They sent it to the platforms and it was live. I was able to go into Tiktok and add it to favorites. And listen to it on Tidal. Now when I go onto Tidal the release shows up there, with my artwork when I click on it. It has my name, but it’s a completely different song and completely different graphics. I when I go onto TikTok it is no longer there as an option to choose not just in favorites. It’s not on TikTok at all. I have no idea what type of crappy business these guys are running, this is my first release with them and it’s been messy. There are songs with my name that are not mine. Other people are claiming my name and putting their songs out and my songs that were distributed they are no longer there. I contacted the company and they gave me some vague weak excuse saying something happened and somebody did this and somebody did that but there’s no real explanation and they're saying that there gonna forward the songs to be re- distributed. Where is the music that I have paid them to put up and was up and now is no longer there. This is a completely shady business. the owner responded. This was there reponse "Hello there,
First, thank you for reaching out directly. I'm Joakim, the founder of AnonyxGhost. I personally handle escalations like this because I take them seriously.
You are right to be angry. What you're experiencing is unacceptable, and I'm going to explain exactly what happened and how I'm going to fix it.
Recently, bad actors exploited our platform to upload fraudulent content. When we discovered this, we immediately reported it to our DSP partners (Spotify, Tidal, TikTok, etc.). In response, some partners temporarily removed some catalogs in bulk - including legitimate releases like yours - while they investigated.
Your music was caught in that net, It wasn't removed because of anything you did wrong. It was collateral damage from an attack on our systems.
Tidal's recommendation engine sometimes "skips" unavailable tracks and plays similar content instead. What you're seeing isn't your release - it's Tidal failing to gracefully handle your track being temporarily down. This is their behavior, not ours.
TikTok also received takedown requests for the fraudulent catalog and removed batches of content. Yours was included by association. It will be restored when we resubmit.
Within 24-48 hours, Your release should reappear on most platforms
- TikTok may take 3-5 days - they're slower with restorations.
I built this company to help independent artists. The attack on our systems has been devastating - not just operationally, but emotionally. I hate that you're suffering because of it.
If after this resolution you still want to leave, I understand completely. I will personally ensure your catalog is transferred or taken down as you wish, with no hard feelings.
But I'm asking for a chance to make this right. One business day. Let me fix what broke.
With respect and apologies,
Joakim,
Founder,
AnonyxGhost"
This was over a week ago and my song still hasn't appeared back on the platforms that I paid for. But I get no response. There is no clear way to cancel this stupid bunk service
