Adaptable and responsive

AnswerNet has proven to be responsive and adaptable to our needs. We currently utilize an outdated AMS that provides little actionable data. Our account manager has worked with her staff on training for our unique goals and it has paid dividends. Very happy with the direction our calling program is headed.

A Great Partnership!

Cantaloupe Inc.’s relationship began with Answer Net 1.2 years ago when we unexpectedly lost our prior after-hour call center support vendor.

Answer Net did not hesitate in forming a relationship with us! They were interested in understanding, and learning, the nature of our business. They quickly adapted to secure appropriate staffing levels and quickly trained their staff to support our after-hour call volume. They stayed closely connected with us during an instantaneous period of change and transition – without skipping a beat!

Answer Net has also supported us during times when immediate action was needed due to unexpected server issues and outages. They provided coverage to allow the upskilling of our staff and to conduct staff meetings during our regular hours of operation. They are prompt in addressing concerns, maintain open lines of communication, are proactive in sharing data, and request feedback to ensure a solid partnership alignment exists between parties – all while being vested in providing a seamless customer service experience to our customers.

The Answer Net Team is a top-notch group of professionals! We can’t thank them enough for all they do for Cantaloupe Inc.!

Stress Free Scheduling

AnswerNet took the stress and work off my shoulder this tax season by answering all of our taxpayer calls. There were a few bumps along the way, but they were addressed quickly and resolved completely!

Professional, friendly, & productive.

Answernet’s professionalism & effectiveness have grown my business greatly in the 8 months we’ve been working together. William, Melissa, & Stacey are knowledgeable & helpful, & always ready to make adjustments based on client response & my own schedule. My clients have appreciated the callers’ patience, politeness, & fluency in related topics. I receive daily reports detailing receptiveness so I know exactly how many contacts they have made & how it’s all going. Regular checkin calls with William as team leader give us a chance to work out wrinkles as they occur. I rest easy knowing Answernet is tackling one of the most delicate parts of my business with efficiency, organization, integrity, & respect.

The response time is far too slow.

Worst Customer Service experience I have ever Had

I called about a issue I was having being wrongfully Charged after cancelling my subscription to my personality. I had been through this call center a few times already and had not been helped. Finally I reach RAY. He was incredibly rude, raising his voice at me, not letting me finish my sentences as though I am wasting his time because he cant find my account. I started getting aggrevated and told him I dont appreciate the attitude and would like him to dial it back. Ray cut me off raised his voice and said "its my turn to talk, I'll send you the refund" I ask Ray for his full name, he says he doesnt need to give it. I ask Ray for an employee number, he claims he doesnt have one. I ask ray for the name of his supervisor. He says he doesnt have one... fine I ask ray the name of the company he works for. He hangs up on me. I have never been compelled to write a bad review until now. Ray is Horrible, He worked the night shift.

Negative experience with AnswerNet operator

I live in college town in Maryland. AnswerNet has a contract to accept after hour calls from residents regarding noise complaints and other non-emergency, non 911 related matters. I am a 71 year senior citizen. During a recent call to report loud music just before midnight, the operator was discourteous, dismissive and threatened to disconnect the call. The official summary of the call, which was provided to city officials at my request, described my temperament as rude. I do not agree. Someone being rude is someone else’s opinion. It is not a fact and has no business being included in a statement of findings. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with AnswerNet. I would suggest to management that employees (call talkers) need more training as to how best to interact with callers who may be calling during a highly stressful time.

Amazing Service & Technology!

We recently implemented TMB with Sarah Baptist and it has been fantastic! Her team made everything super easy and handled all the details from start to finish. They listen to your requirements and think out of the box for situations we had not thought of. Supportive Service and Professional

AnswerNet was a great choice for us. They fit our needs. Training and implementing the system was very easy and they had us up and running in no time. They were able to adjust the monthly minutes to fit our needs, which was very important to us and all calls are answered in the USA. Our product is made in the USA so this was also important to us. We have been with AnswerNet for a little over a year. We have been very satisfied with the agents supporting our services. They are friendly, knowledgeable and represent the product in a professional manner. They are owners of the product and believe in the product. The agents certainly show pride in the product when speaking to a customer about any item in our line. The training and management teams have been easy to work with and they are very attentive to our needs as well. It was a good decision to select AnswerNet as our backup call center provider.

Yes - they were willing to review our concerns and address them.

The team was willing to rectify the issues when there were service issues that came up. We are a 24 hour response company and its important the call logs are followed. When they weren't - it was pointed out and team leads did get back to us and rectified the issues. There has been a much quicker response then there was previously and there is a dedicated staff member who has ensured our requests were addressed.
