Initiated the service approximately end of September 2025, I simply needed a service to answer calls and schedule appointments if needed. The office does not receive that many calls (possibly 60 per month average). Between October and December 2025, I had been billed approximately $1500, and received invoices appearing to be double billings. I canceled the service in January 2026, and received billing notices for over $400 outstanding. Then, in March 2026, I received notification of a "corrected" statement that appeared to credit previous payments I made and lowered the balance due to approximately $150. Needless to say, my experience with this company was less than desirable.

Save your money, this company will charge you for junk spam calls, charge you so much more than what they have on there website.. , they try to lock you in a contract which is hard to cancel. they are scam, stay away.... not honest!!

Absolutely fantastic service so far. I have been working with Tracy Walker and everything has gone exactly as she told me in the onboarding process. Their agents follow their script we provided and everything has gone off without a hitch. Service is fairly priced and interface is extremely easy to work with.

Run Away
We have used numerous after hours call centers and MAP is by far the WORST. Very rare that they would contact the correct on-call technicians. I had to contact them AT LEAST 3 times a week. Please do yourselves a favor and find another company!

They basically just want to lock you into a contract. My husband signed up and I didn't even know what services we were receiving. When I called to ask they couldn't even explain what their company did, I would highly suggest staying away. The cost is not worth the service not even close.
