Was quoted a price for service and calibration, once they had my unit was told it would be a different price but only after I had chased them as I hadn't had it back. Paid the extra only to find out that the extra work didn't need doing as it had been done the year before. Emailed to get a refund and have had no response, shocking customer service, will never use again.

They have had my FGA for two weeks, they don’t answer the phone or respond to your emails. Will I ever get it back! Had to buy another one as can’t work without one.

Sent my analyzer for recalibration I’m February . Waited 3 weeks and still wasn’t returned . When I called them and they looked into it they said that the DPD driver delivering it was burgled and that they had to raise a claim with them. We are now in October and very month I’m having to chase them and all they keep saying is that they are waiting to hear from DPD. Worse service ever!!!! Use them and you will regret it. I will take this as far as I need to to ensure that I am compensated. Such a waste of my time!

The worst service EVER. I sent my analyser 11 days ago, no respond no update no return. Sent them an email to find out what is happening and received a call next day that I need to wait another week as they didn't have the sensors! Gas engineer without analyser for 2 weeks! This is insane. Avoid by any means please find another decent company for annual service don't waste your time and money with this company.

Very disappointed service. We are using Anton gas analyser for several years but not satisfied service overtime when we sending to calibration. The prob is like rubbish twice replaced now they said again not repairable and they sold a new one for me not send back my original prob. They charged £15 for 2 set of filter kit but sent only one.
No response for the email complaint. We are using another made of analyser without problems. So we are decided next year will not be sending calibration rather put into the bin.
Absolutely ridicules. We are not recommending this service. Buy another brand kit.

Sent analyser away for calibration and noted what was wrong, yet they sent it back with a faulty temperature gauge and charged an extra for 2 new probes of which one hasn’t even been sent so extra charge of £214 for these, so charged for items most likely not required , sent three emails as analyser not working and no reply from them after 3 emails and cost of £344 shocking

My flue analyser was up for calibration, they tried to up sell me and then charged me another £120 on top of what the website said. I will never use them again. Very Very poor customer service and poor information.

I am really impressed with the speed of service on my Anton Gas Analyser calibration and return. Sent over on Friday and got it back on Tuesday.

Great service speed wise, but I have just tried to use the analyser after its service and calibration in July (it's a back up unit) and lo and behold it doesn't work. Left on charge for hours but only works with mains adapter plugged in. This isn't the first time the same company has failed in its service.

Fantastic. Was sent a gentle reminder that my gas equipment was due annual calibration. Postage on 24 hour tracked with Royal Mail included in price. Postage label emailed to me, dropped at post office. 2 days later delivered back to me by DPD. Fabulous service from Pete & the team at Anton. Thanks Chris

I sent off my Anton flue analyser for it's annual calibration. I dropped off the package at the post office on Saturday morning using the postage lable supplied as part of the service. It arrived on Monday, was calibrated the next day and shipped out that same day. It arrived back with me the next day, total down time - 3 days, which is great. Many thanks.
