Ordered and paid for 1 piece of glass 20th February 2026. I was told 5-7 days waiting time. 23 April and I'm still waiting for delivery...
My calls are no longer answered, I've left messages and emailed.
I received an email 7th April, telling me it would be delivered on the 8th April and no one came.
Is this company serious or a scam?!
If Buyglass is a genuine company, they need to contact me to arrange delivery, deliver the glass ASAP or refund me immediately!!

Beware of this company!
I placed my order in Feb 2026, most of the order was fulfilled, accept one sheet of glass missing, promised they would get it out to me asap.
Iv chased this for MONTHS!
Constantly promise to call/ email me with updates, never do!
Iv been waiting months, and still nothing, can’t get hold of them, can only assume they’ve turned their phone off. Even tried pleading with the director, Leon, he doesn’t give a toss. And what’s even more annoying is every time I try to chase it up, Iv got to listen to their answering machine telling me they aim to provide the best possible service! Joke!
Iv had to now purchase the glass elsewhere! I will be taking them to trading standards if they don’t refund me.

A month ago, I placed my order for a table glass and I still haven’t received it. 2 week s ago I called twice and I was told someone will call me back with an update; no one did. Since last week they are not answering the calls anymore, making me worried that they no longer exist! Luckily I paid by Credit card and now I am thinking of raising a dispute. Are they Cowboys??!

Avoid, avoid, avoid... this company just lie, don't answer their phones and don't offer any updates in delivery dates.

Also when things are missing they don't supply or resolve.

I highly expect they will reply to this with a smart mouthed comment and justify their lack of support or communication... just like all their other negative reviews.

Don't be fooled by them like others and have been.

Ordered glass for my pond on 17/03/26 promised on phone I would have it the following week, still waiting, no replies to emails, no promised return phone calls, excuse after excuse, welfare issue now for my fish as in temp pond have already lost 2, awful customer service, I never complain about businesses but this one has been the worse I have ever dealt with

I placed an order for piece of glass of 26th Feb 2026 and on 6th March I asked them to change thickness from 10mm to 6mm which wasn't a problem as it wasn't in production and have been promised delivery numerous times and still not arrived. Very hard to get any contact with the company and last Friday was finally told it will be delivered this Monday or latest Tuesday (yesterday 31st March. My wife called them yesterday and I have emailed again today a no response.

Wrong size glass sent to me, after emailing and ringing them 3 times. No contact or email back.

Still waiting for the delivery and not heard anything past the original order placed 2 weeks ago. I have called but was told it would be with me on Tuesday. Nothing arrived. I called ok Tuesday to be told someone would call me back. Its now Thursday and still waiting? Not sure what is going on but hoping my order will arrive soon.

Highly recommended - provided the glass panel I needed exactly as per the drawing, and shipped it very well packed.

Great old school firm, placed an order for two large double glazed panels to replace my old ones in my patio doors, I needed some advice on size and bar space and spoke to Joel great guy and really helpful and didn’t make me feel like an idiot, glazing turned up in about three weeks from order in perfect condition and fitted straight in and has transformed my doors and all

The order was delivered promptly. The size of the glass was perfect and the packaging of the glass for its delivery was extraordinarily good - I cannot imagine how anything could get broken. The glass itself seems to be of good quality and i would use tgis company again rř

I'm pleased with the glass itself, though I didn't hear back from Ryan after buying it. Initially, the service was excellent before payment, but not so much afterward. Good customer service makes all the difference.

Although the delivery day had been postponed our glass arrived while we were away We talked to the driver via 'ring' and he was superb. He offloaded the glass and put it safely round the back of the house, He took a lot of trouble to protect it and it was waiting when we got home. We are very pleased with our new table top and the driver deserves a bonus.
