Matthijs is attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He really puts in time and effort to listen to you, to work alongside your challenges with you. He moves at your pace and flows with you, regardless of any hurdles that may appear on your journey. His attentiveness makes you feel heard and understood, and his knowledge gives you a better understanding of the process, having answers to any questions you may have. Overall, Matthijs has been more than pleasant to work with and the progress that I've made with his guidance has surpassed my expectations.

Can’t speak highly enough of Matt and the anxiety-free community! Never felt so comfortable sharing my issues with anxiety and having things broken down into why symptoms are happening! Matt is always available to speak to, ask advice and share his experiences. Couldn’t ask for a better mentor. I have a long way to go on my road to recovery but finally with the help of Matt I see light at the end of the tunnel.

Matthijs Forkkema is the best couch coping every anxiety which happened to many people recently with a fair price for those who can’t effort the real therapy and especially, he frequently does a free course too to help people don’t have enough money, like me. One best thing about him is he knows every a particular kind of anxiety I had and the tools he gave me was very effective most of the time and got into the specific point of the anxiety core. Now I can finally feel great and much better than before. Thanks to his kindness and determination to help ones with mental illness. May God bless him and protect everyone.

My experience since I start in this community so far is really helpful I learn manythings about anxiety and for me I was thinking is impossible to be hell so guys trust in Matt it will help you to fell free and live with not anxiety it will take time step by step you will fell the freedom still recover by I am not the place I was not before starting doing the things I was not able to do before is possible to live with not anxiety

Best Ever Community to overcome your anxiety!
I have joined this community back in 10 jan 2025 and I've got to say it is the best ever community to overcome your anxiety i was suffering from panic disorder and get a lot of panic attacks but after watching some videos and books of Matt i finally overcome my anxiety although I'm still not fully recovered but still it has helped me 80℅ within 1 month soo this is the best ever community if your are suffering from anxiety!

I joined the group towards the end of 2024 and it was the best decision of my life! Matt is so welcoming and friendly and makes myself and everyone else feel validated whether you need reassurance, advice or just a friendly chat (because anxiety can make us feel so lonely) Matt was there as well as other members of the group. The fact he listens to every single person is a gift in itself. I’ve still got a long way to go on my anxiety recovery journey but I wouldn’t be able to do it without this group!
