Ordered on 1/22/23 and was waiting until May for shipment. I was curious about the link in the confirmation email today and clicked to find the website gone! I googled them and came across a Reddit post saying Anxiety Plushies was a scam, so I reported the problem to Chase as item never received. My bank will refund me. This "business" had me fooled by their model of you buy and wait for product at a later time when you can't do a chargeback anymore. I should've read reviews before buying.

I ordered my sloth from anxiety plushies in October of 22 and still yet to receive my order and sent multiple emails and still nothing

I ordered ANXIETYPLUSH the end of November 2022. I received an email saying the item would be shipped Dec 11 or 12. It's Feb 23, 2023 I never received the package and no more communication from the company. They keep sending text messages. I was lead to believe they are connected to Mina Duke. Still doing research.

Order never received, will not reply to emails.

Totally a scam. Placed order 10/30/22 and received an e-mail saying this was a “preorder” and would ship at the end of
November. Then I received another e-mail 12/12/22 saying they would ship that week. I am going to call my bank to dispute the charges and supply all the correspondence. Stay away!!

100% Scam. You do not receive the goods and they will not respond.

Our order was on the 7th Dec for an Xmas present with a due date of around 5 working days. It is now the 9th Jan and our daughter did not get her present :-(

Bought a large stress mallow for my ADHD/ASD daughter's Christmas present. Not delivered and no response to several emails. The website is still taking orders. Wish I'd checked them out before ordering, the website looks so professional, I was duped. I will attempt a charge back on my credit card. I'm angry for the upset this has caused my daughter.

Placed order November 28. Got email from them saying my order would come the week of December 12. Set up an account with them and it showed no order had been placed. No responses to multiple emails. I disputed the charge on my credit card and was able to supply a lot of information, including this website with all the others who have lost money to them. Their website is still up and more unsuspecting people will be losing money.

I have been waiting for my order from Anxiety Plushies a gift for my granddaughter aged 12 since 30th November!! I tried contacting the company by emailing numerous of times they have not replied. I have written to Facebook where they advertise.

100% a scam. Received initial correspondence, but haven't been able to get in touch since and the page for my order has been deleted. Issued a chargeback with AMEX and can only hope these weirdos taking advantage of people with anxiety lose every penny they made and then some.

I ordered on November 30 2022. 3 day shipping. Never received. When I went to my shop app and hit contact, it took me to PayPal and asked for money. I found an email address and contacted them. They wrote and said I'd have it by December 13. What a joke. I have reported them to the BBB.

Never got my order. They only emailed me once saying its delayed because of all the orders coming in.. emailed them a week later asking where my package is, no response back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister since shes been wanting a weighted Plushies forever. Super disappointed. Dont order from them, they are a scam.

I placed an order on November 20th,2022 money was taken from my account November 21st.,2022 I have a "tracking" through their shop website. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. This was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I live in Canada and understand there is expected delays coming from across the boarder, however, how much longer am i to wait for something I already ordered and well over 30 days ago?..Emailing doesn't help at all and as far as i'm concerned there should be a phone number for contact as well. I am not a happy customer and WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I feel like i got screwed!!!

Thought this was a legit site spent $40 on Nov 29th. They took my money but didn't send me my product. I have emailed them multiple times and the 1st time got a response of its because we're overwhelmed with orders. Now no response. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered on 31st October and didn't realise they didn't send out straight away until email came through. Anyway I did think plenty of time before Christmas even if they send out at beginning of December. Dec I received an email saying they will all be shipped out by 13th of Dec- well I still haven't got my order and there is no tracking number or details to say it has been shipped. I have tried to contact them several times by several different means and not had one single reply.
Disappointed that my daughter's Christmas present hasn't arrived (probably never will).
I WOULD NOT BUY from here every again. Seems like a SCAM although the website seemed to check out.

This site looks legit at first, but in the small print it says they send out orders in batches due to volume. However, all the batches seem to have the same batch number and all ship on April 1. I think this is to delay people from catching on until months later, at which point the company has probably shut down. I didn't get a confirmation email for four days after my purchase, and even then, it barely contained any detail, and the link to view my order was a broken link. I tried to cancel the order, but the only way to contact them is by email, and after 5 days, my email bounced back. Seems like a total scam.
