The worst possible product I ever received. Please be advised and aware that this company is a scam. There is no contact information and the product is not like the pictures at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Spent £25 on a damaged, poorly made and poorly painted figure. I could have done better with one arm behind my back while wearing a blindfold!
The only response to my complaint are lies telling me they will send a replacement that never arrives. Next excuse it's held up in dispatch etc etc.

I purchased several items for a friend. She is making a fairy garden. My account was charged but I have yet to see the produce.
The items cost over $125.00 which I am chalking up to my stupidity for trusting a site I did not check out before I placed my order. It won't happen again.

Do not buy from this website it is a scam. The product must come from the dollar store!! I have order a sculpture and let me tell you that the one I have received isn't like the one they show on their website.

I had to click 1 star so I can submit a review. Very disappointed and will not order from this sight. I ordered one of the big goblins expecting it to be bigger than the small one I received. The details are nothing like what is shown, they even have a video with a hand holding one but definitely not the size I receved

I’m not satisfied. I have not found a way to contact this company. The product is flimsy. It will not stand up. Only thing came was a few pieces and a screwdriver that’s it. I am very disappointed. how can this issue be solved?

Item they deplict is a sculpture, what you receive is Sheet metal trash and flimsy metal rods. For $260 it should be amazing. It's a Wonderland that they get away with this. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I have written several reviews about this company previously, all negative. The product I purchased was rubbish, I eventually managed to return it, and it came back to me today. DO NOT trust this company. They have tried to get me to delete my reviews, and have not provided a refund although I asked them many times.
I will never purchase from them again. A hint: when purchasing items, check their return/refund policies, and check that they have a means to contact them. That was my mistake, but I now know better.

I was so excited to order the "Test Tube Perspective Drawing (girl)" for my boss for a Christmas Gift. (She is a Librarian in a middle school.) It was ordered on 12/6 and was not received in time to give it to her. When I finally opened and looked at it I was so disappointed! the light bulb cord didn't fall straight and there were at least 8 what looked like stress fractures in the glass test tube. This item cannot be used in any compacity. With all the excitement of the holidays and the fact that I didn't have a gift for my boss it was put aside until after the holidays but by the time I got to open and look at the item we were out of the "14 day return policy" There were other items that I was considering for the future but after this experience I will not use this company and definitely not recommend it to anyone.

This is one of several companies ripping off customers. They are not selling the pieces being depicted in the photos. I bought the Perfect Wonderland Garden Decoration titled "Whimsy's Pride"
Google search reveals that criminals have stolen Robin Wight's photographs and used them in fake adverts to sell his sculptures as garden decorations.
The photos are of attractive wire art figures, while the item they sell is a small cheap sheet-metal cutout fairy and clunky representation of a dandelion. It's a mystery to me how they can get away with this!
