Super clean. In a short amount of time too

They asked for me to change the time from 10-10:30 to 8 am . They were over an hour late. Poor English! The couch was not evenly vacuumed, the surfaces were not wiped in the kitchen and the baseboards were not cleaned at all in the kitchen. The lamps were not dusted. The inside of the microwave was not cleaned. The sinks in the kitchen were not cleaned. These are a few of the things that I noticed after they left 3 1/2 hours later. Oh and the kitchen table was not cleaned.

Amazing attention to detail! Both the Seller and myself as the Realtor were impressed. Hands down THE BEST cleaning job in my 18 years of Real Estate.

Requested a move out cleaning which i was under the impression would be spotless, but upon further inspection when doing the move out inspection we were able to determine multiple faults in the cleaning. now the landlord is charging another cleaning fee that nearly exceeds the price i paid for.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the move-out cleaning service I received from Anyclean.ca. This experience has been thoroughly disappointing and has fallen far short of professional standards for a move-out clean, especially considering the cost. I paid over $700 for this service, expecting a comprehensive move-out clean, and what I received was unacceptable.

Despite my explicit efforts to clarify the scope of work, including a specific request for freezer cleaning, which I explicitly confirmed was for a distinct freezer unit separate from the fridge, these critical aspects were entirely overlooked. The freezer was left in an unacceptable state, and personal belongings and garbage were not removed from the property. I consider the comprehensive removal of all items and thorough cleaning to be fundamental components of any move-out service, a standard that Anyclean.ca clearly failed to meet. It is incredibly misleading for Anyclean.ca to advertise "move-out cleaning services" when they fundamentally exclude essential tasks such as rubbish disposal and the comprehensive cleaning of all appliances, even when specifically clarified by the client, and especially when charging over $700 for the service.

When I raised these issues, the owner attempted to gaslight me by claiming that cleaning and rubbish removal are distinct operations and not part of a standard move-out clean. This is an absurd assertion, especially considering that "rubbish removal" in this context did not mean the disposal of large junk items, but simply the collection of small, easily disposable items like paper, food left in the fridge, and hangers into a trash bag. These are precisely the kinds of items that other cleaning companies have consistently handled without issue as part of a move-out service. This was a move-out cleaning service for a vacant property, not a routine maintenance clean. The lack of basic service was further highlighted by their failure to even carry the trash bags to the garbage bin, which was a mere two minutes away. Instead, they were left on the porch, exposed to the elements and vulnerable to being pecked at by crows.

Furthermore, the initial response to the deficiencies I identified was inadequate. Issues such as a dusty wall picture and a noticeable stain in a cupboard were only addressed after I specifically pointed out. The subsequent offer of a mere $25 refund as a "gesture of goodwill" for these oversights is frankly insulting and does not reflect the significant shortcomings of the service provided, particularly in light of the over $700 I paid.

My previous cleaning services have consistently demonstrated a clear understanding of what a move-out clean entails, and their performance has always been exemplary. In stark contrast, Anyclean.ca's service was subpar and has created additional burdens for me as I manage a vacant property remotely.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and the lack of attention to detail. This experience has been highly frustrating and has left me with serious concerns about the professionalism and quality of Anyclean.ca's operations.

We used Anyclean for a move out clean in August 2025. Steve was easy to deal with and thorough in his explanations. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They did a very detailed job and within a decent time frame. I will definitely be using Anyclean for any future needs I have. Amazing quality with a great price!

Best service you should give them a try

I was very happy with their service. I am very peaky when it comes to cleaning, but they did such a great job that I was speechless. They cleaned the spots and germs that would not come off with hours of scrubbing. They did the impossible. Everything was shining when they left. Their attention to details was exactly what I was looking for.

I hired Anyclean for a deep clean of my condo before listing it for sale and I’d highly recommend this service. The lady came early and got to work right away. She was very attentive, polite and friendly. Keep up the good work.

We hired this company to clean our house before it goes in to Market, hoping that by paying 1300 dollars to clean the house would come with a professional team, steam cleaning and sanitation. Instead we have 2 ladies came in with an empty ice-cream pile with soap and water, basically wiped all the cabinets and countertops. Lots of areas left behind, stains left in the tub, toilets, and carpets were not cleaned well. Called and reported the issues sent the same team again, and we literally had to walk behind them to show where the dirt was, which was obviously visible, and she is like sarcastically kept asking are you Satisfied multiple times after i showed them the area to be cleaned as we made a false claim. Totally unsatisfied. I should have paid somebody locally or i could hire cleaners separately for carpet, windows and other areas separately, i still should have paid less that 1000 and could have a well cleaned house. After they left no follow up from the company at all. What a joke. I do not know why people give this company 5 starts, not sure what kind of service they used. But i would never recommend this company. Sorry to say that was a total waste of my money.
