Fair price excellent service. Bathroom went from the walking dead to buckingham palace

The cleaning by Kiran was excellent. Price is fair and booking was easy. Will be back next month.

The cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning my place. It was easy to book online and they came with their own supplies.

Gave them a try but won't use them again. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself as it looked untouched. Fridge was also not done well, still spills under the glass and crumbs in drawers. Almost even worse, the cleaner kept texting me asking why I was doing this to her and why I don't just clean myself if I know how to clean. She even tried to say I sent in before photos and pretended they were after, but they are timestamped. Unprofessional to have cleaners texting the clients late at night, only the owner should be handling complaints.

They were friendly, mindful, and thoroughly deep cleaned the fridge and freezer as requested. Thanks again!

They were amazing! Our refrigerator was in the garage for about a year during our home renovation and got very dirty inside. I was considering getting rid of it because I wasn't sure it was able to get cleaned. It was that bad.

Esther was able to make it look brand new again! She cleaned all the hard to reach areas between the tracks and within the drawers. Will definitely use them again.

I hired Any Clean for a Move Out Clean, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The cleaning itself was subpar — several areas were left untouched, and the overall attention to detail was lacking.

However, the real issue began when management called us midway through the service and, shockingly, became aggressive and swore at us during the conversation. We were completely taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism.

After the job was done sub-optimally, we attempted to file a complaint. Instead of taking accountability, the company dismissed our concerns outright. When we requested to escalate the issue or speak with someone higher up, we were told flatly that it wasn't possible.

This company clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction or professional conduct. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the frustration — look elsewhere.

Wonderful people! Great job done! We are very happy with the cleaning of my house, which included three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and all windows and doors. I will highly recommend Anyclean to everyone as the most cost-effective and top-notch service providers.

I used anyclean.ca in Vancouver and am very happy with the service provided. I needed something last minute and they accommodated me and did a great job to boot.

Do NOT book this company for any type of cleaning.
I paid over $700 for a deep cleaning. Nothing was done properly not even a basic or surface clean was done.
I voiced my concerns and tried to get refunded or get the cleaning actually done properly. They offered to send back the same cleaners!!! Three people who were very nice and pleasant but don't know how to clean at all. I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not. It seems like they use some type of government funding to employ these people but they are not cleaners in any way. I could be wrong about the government funding.
These poor people cleaned for 6 hours and I assumed that after six hours they must have done a good job. I instantly saw nothing was actually clean or cleaned properly.
The lady who was supposed to deep clean the kitchen was on her phone the entire 6 hours.
I'm not talking about the things I did wrong like not emptying my fridge or cupboards, as that was my fault completely. Literally nothing was clean!!! Some things were worse.
I didn't want the same cleaners or company coming back into my home because they still couldn't clean. Why would I have them back again? I did ask if they knew what to clean or correct or if they had been trained and neither had been done by the people running the company. I also asked if these poor people would get paid again for coming out and they said no they would not.
This is wrong on every level. I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. It took me over a month to write this review as I wasn't sure about leaving it, as I don't like to leave negative comments. I decided to leave the review to save other people from losing over $700 and a lot of time spent trying to get this company to be fair and help the customer. I wasted a whole day waiting for the cleaners and my house was still not clean. This whole experience is one of the worst I've experienced and it is mainly because the owners don't care and don't stand by their work.
Please do not trust this company!!! You are better off not getting your place cleaned at all rather than getting this company to clean your home or business.

I would strongly advise against using this company in the London area. The crew that was booked for a spring deep clean of my home required the finish on my acrylic tub and shower floor in both my bathrooms.
They used an abrasive cleanser on a surface that they should lot have.
The company will not address the issue stating that I waited too long to report the issue.
They take no responsibility and have done damage to my home.
I would never have them back in my home.

I decided on a 4 because management did such a great job addressing my concerns in a timely manner, but the team that was dispatched left a sour taste in my mouth.

On my birthday, my father in law went into hospital and, long story short, ended up in palliative care 3 weeks later. Needless to say, those three weeks were extremely stressful for the whole family. My sister decided buy a spring cleaning of my house as a b-day gift. I only mention this to provide a bit of context.

The cleaners were scheduled to arrive for 10am on the Wednesday, but they didn't show up until around 11am, when I had an online meeting scheduled. So I didn't have time to do a walk-through, or discuss the scope of work before they started. The male cleaner was somewhat rude and dismissive, and I didn't appreciate the way he berated his female partner for grabbing the "wrong" kind of gloves. They rushed through the service, spending about 2.5 hours, when the quote was for 3-4, and doing everything only partially. Things that weren't done: tops of baseboards, corners in all rooms, under the bed, light fixtures, etc. There was a lot. For me, the worst was that he didn't want to walk through the house before starting the work, and did not check in with me before leaving, so I didn't have an opportunity to address the issues before they were gone.

Henry, at head office, addressed these issues, and offered them to come back on Saturday, which was fine. But when they didn't arrive 30 minutes after they were supposed to, he contacted them, and I guess they were having car trouble. Henry tried to reschedule for early the following week, but we'd already emptied out all of our kitchen cabinets and could not live like that for another several days. He arranged something for Sunday morning (Mother's Day) and I was very clear the work would need to be finished by a certain time, so we could visit with my Mother in Law (hence the palliative care comment above).

The female partner showed up on Sunday morning, right on time, and did an AMAZING job!! She took a little bit longer than we were comfortable with, and we were a bit late for our Mother's Day event, but she did excellent work, thoroughly and with care, which I really appreciated.

Honestly, with Henry's responsiveness, and the cleaner's attentiveness without her partner, I truly feel like it was the guy who let the rest of us down. I wish I could remember his name. The company definitely redeemed themselves.

Would I recommend this company based on this experience? Probably not. You might end up with a bad team. Did they ultimately deliver on their promised service? Absolutely. I appreciate the great lengths they went through to rectify the problems, but the problems should not have happened to begin with, especially since it was all due to the attitude and work ethic of the male team member.
