My place was disgusting so I looked around for cleaners. Got a quote within an hour from anyclean and booked the service. The 3 gentlemen that cleaned my place were very friendly. They cleaned it so well in 3 hours. Other than a few mishaps, I'm very happy with the service.

The team that came to clean our place, was very professional and respectful. I’m happy with the work they have done. I will definitely go back with them again. 10/10

They did what another company refused to do; clean my aging father's home. It was in very bad shape, and they did better than I expected. I believe they left the home about as clean as it could possibly get, and considering the state it was in, we were very impressed.

Below average service. The cleaners were very unprofessional, did not understand the tasks that were mentioned in our booking, were extremely rude and non compliant. The agent on phone was not helpful and was unable to answer basic questions. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied for the quality of service for what I paid.

I recently hired the company Anyclean for a move out clean for my 1 bedroom apartment. The only good thing was they arrived on time. When they entered the unit 1 member of the crew complained of a bad smell, and refused to work. I asked what exactly he was smelling he would not say. I had a cat so I thought maybe he was allergic to the cat and that was why he refused. I told him that I don't smell anything and the unit was far from a hoarders place or anything like that. I also told him I have had multiple people over to the unit during the course of the week and no complaints were made. So I let them leave. I cleaned the unit myself with the help of a friend. It is my belief that the cleaning crew that day just plain and simple didn't want to work that day, and went somewhere else for a easier job. My advice don't hire them and do everything yourself.

Purchased a house and the previous owners left it filthy.
The team did a fantastic job of not only getting it move in ready for us but also cleaning every detail of the residence.
They went above and beyond.
They were there for about 8.5-9 hours and the place was sparkling.
The hours the cleaning took was based on the condition of the home.

Arrangements were made efficiently, the cleaning crew came on time and did a good job, and the price was reasonable.

They did a really thorough clean. They were able to clean tough spots in cupboards. Bathrooms and kitchens were very well done.

Yesterday I had 2 ladies come to clean for a MOVE OUT.

They arrived 1.5 hours late.

I had expected a crew to come knowing what was to be done, but thought maybe as professionals they would surprise me.

Then they asked to use my vacuum as theirs died. What cleaning company would come without a backup vacuum??

When they were done they offered that I go and check their work. I said "I trust you" as I was too tired after an exhausting day cleaning out our garage and workshop to make a walk around and gave each of them a $50.00 tip as I know this is hard work and I like to support service workers and they seemed like lovely ladies!

I was told then that my vacuum had a problem and I assumed they had at least got the vacuuming accomplished because they didn't indicate they didn't get the job done. Well, I checked the vacuum after they left and it appeared to work just fine, and as I tested it in the livingroom I saw that they hadn't vacuumed the livingroom at all. I then went upstairs and was absolutely shocked! NO vacuuming was done, no baseboards were wiped and were just filthy, they cleaned the shower doors but left dirty shoe prints on the floor of the shower. The ledges around the shower were dirty and along the floor and shower had not been cleaned. I wiped the ledge around the vanity and it had not been cleaned! I had to clean behind the toilet seat that they missed. Some of the drawers in the kitchen were left unclean. These ladies, although very nice are not professional cleaners! Most of the rooms were virtually empty and they should have been able to go through quickly enough...but to not even vacuum?? Why not tell me they couldn't if they thought the vacuum didn't work well?? But to say nothing about that or that they didn't do any baseboards! That was all they had to do do in the bedrooms - vacuum and baseboards! They did nothing!

I spent 3 hours in a panic doing the cleaning and vacuuming myself as I would be embarrassed to leave things as they were. I didnt even think to take pictures due to the time restraint and didn't plan to make it an issue until I realized just how little they had done!

I am just stunned by this experience and I got no satisfaction from the company. They kept offering me a reclean when they knew we had already cleaned and vacated! I swear this is a scam company! AVOID!

Any clean just finished the deep clean that we needed to put our home on the market. They showed up with one days notice, multiple personnel, and from the first phone call to the last they were professional and prompt. I received texts along the way, letting me know how the progress was going. I could use them again in a heartbeat. Our home was sparkling and so were their smiles.

Easy to book...received timely reminders. Showed up on time. Work was very well done and the cost was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and cleaned up after the work was done.
