I hired Any Clean as a gift for my client who had just moved into her new home. I purchased and deep move in cleaning package for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with the garage cleaning added. Three very nice people showed up to do the cleaning. After approx 4 hours they left. The house was left dirty, kitchen was left greasy and grimey, garage remained untouched, window remained dirty and the list goes on and on. The cleaners showed up without the proper cleaning supplies and actually had to use my clients supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, vacuum etc.

After many complaints the issue still remains unresolved and my client unhappy. What should have been a very happy joyous occasion for my client became a huge disappointment and hassle.

No one seemed to care that my client was unhappy and that the services were not done even after charging over $600 and being paid on full they still would not rectify the matter.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the cleaning service provided by Anyclean at my condo! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and efficient. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, leaving every room spotless. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail—every corner was dust-free, and the floors were shining. They went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. I highly recommend Anyclean for anyone looking for top-tier cleaning services. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I was moving into a new home and required an extensive thorough cleaning which was very specific on the contract which
was a gift to me by my real estate agent as I had just took possession of my home. All I can say is the individuals they sent did not have the supplies nor tools needed to perform even a basic cleaning. They asked me for cleaning supplies and my own vacuum to use and then after many hours patiently waiting I discovered that 2 of the cleaners spent 2 to 3 hours in 2 bathrooms behind doors with a toothbrush and pretending they where cleaning but honestly it was all part of their scam. Anyways the house did not get even 90% clean as per contract and then I got sent what's called a region or spot supervisor after a complaint was made who was rude and came up with any excuse possible to not fulfill the contract. To this day I have not heard back from head office on refund or even getting professionals not pretend amitures to come and clean my house or have any refund made. I have had many cleaning companies but nothing like this. Maybe it was my area but the job was lousy and no where close to finish. Even my floors which where not property vacuum got cleaned with dirty water and some small area rugs where not cleaned underneath and damp with filthy water. Anyway the list is too long but the work was pathetic.

I am so overjoyed with this cleaning! I booked a specific move in deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom. The previous tenant didn't keep it very clean and they had a lot to do - Sabu and Alona delivered above and beyond my expectations! Incredible attention to detail, very thorough and honestly I would highly recommend anyclean.ca :) Very hard working team and I also appreciate the amazing customer service. All the initial emails were extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to get a quote and set up your booking. Reasonable pricing also!

We had a major renovation to our plumbing which wound up with breaking through most of the concrete floor. What a mess. I called on a Friday looking for a clean up on Sunday and was amazed they could make it that quickly. They were efficient, effective and cleaned up a major problem in a couple of hours. Best possible outcome for us.

I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic job you did cleaning the condo! The place looks spotless, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. It feels so fresh and well-organized. I’ll definitely recommend your services to others and would be happy to use them again in the future!

I used Anyclean for my move out and move in cleaning in two different cities. Our experience was very different. The first cleaner in Kingston was good, but very slow, she took 9-5 to clean a tiny bungalow by herself and clearly got tired overtime as the quality of her cleaning got worse. She came with missing equipment such as broom, garbage bags, and step stools, and had no list of the tasks she had to do. She missed things like the entirety of the laundry room and window sills, but I had enough of waiting the whole day for her to be done so I said she was good to go.

On the other hand the team we had in Ottawa was incredible, they arrived well organized, had all the equipment needed, a list of everything that had to be done, they did an entire walkthrough and confirmed with me everything I wanted done. They were efficient, polite, and got everything done fairly quickly for a house that was twice the size of my Kingston home. This is why the 4 star review, the inconsistencies between locations and cleaners. We were still satisfied with the first cleaner, but the speed of service and lack of organization was disappointing in retrospect especially after having such incredible service in Ottawa.

In conclusion, Anyclean had an awesome booking process, easy payement, and great communication. Unfortunately, I had to leave 4 star review due to the inconsistencies in service. It would be 100% 5 star if all the teams were like the one I got in Ottawa.

AnyClean surpassed my expectations. From an easy booking process, to a call from Sam when I had issues with my payment, to the text reminder about my upcoming service, to the call that they would be 5 minutes late - service was great. I was very wary about using a service over the internet, but Sam and Kyle were both great and followed up when needed.

I had a full house cleaning booked for my property that had been left in rough shape by a tenant. Raj & Cheryl did a fantastic job, bathrooms looked like new afterwards, kitchen and window cleanings were excellent! The house looked and smelled great by the time they were done. Highly recommend!

On September 27th, I made the regrettable decision to book cleaning services with ANYCLEAN as I had just moved into my home. The company was solely tasked with cleaning a bathroom, along with additional mattress and window treatments that totaled $203.40. Two men, who arrived late, might I add, were let into the house by one of my roommates while I was on my way home from work. By the time I had arrived, the alleged cleaners had departed, yet I was in astonishment. I was essentially scammed. The bathroom was in the exact same condition I left it in; the only difference observable was a change in the toilet and the window. Evidently dissatisfied, I contacted their customer service, who then responded with utmost hostile service, swearing, accusing me of wanting 'free service,' and even gaslighting me by apologizing and stating he felt bad for the cleaners, rationalizing their poor performance as they were 'only human.' Though minuscule, the agent also fabricated trivial lies, trying to disguise the cleaners as women rather than the men that actually arrived. He then had the cleaners call and text my number, begging for me to let them back to complete the job. When I rightfully declined, I was called a 'scammer.' At that point, I realized that the best plan of action was to dispute the charge through my bank (and it is in the process of being cleared) as this company was the epitome of unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE FROM ATTEMPTING TO BOOK SERVICES WITH ANYCLEAN. I knew something was wrong when I was obliged to pay the whole amount prior to their completion.

Horrible clean and an outrageous price! I hired Anyclean for a move out clean on a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The job they did was terrible! $370 and they were barely there 2 hours and they didn’t even do a good or thorough clean. I have photos and the move out inspection by the property management.

Animal hair was left, dirt piles left on the floor. I paid extra for the windows to be cleaned yet the window tracks were not even attempted to be wiped out never mind fully clean. Residue left on the toilet. The list goes on!

The company Anyclean is refusing a refund in service now. A re-clean is not an option as it was a move out clean before the end of my lease so I no longer have access to the unit.

Needless to say, don’t waste your money on this company !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend requested their service for our move-in day. We asked the company to clean our 4 bedroom house before our move-in day. We requested an online quote, we paid almost $1000. We opened the door for them and told them where to leave the key when they're done. They claimed they cleaned the house for 8 hours. When we arrived at the house and checked, we were in shock. The house was exactly as we left it, if not worse. Dust & dirt on all window sills, windows had soap marks on them, spider webs in the corners, dirty floors, shower tiles were scratched bc the cleaners used iron sponges to clean them. I called to ask for a refund, the owner insisted that he will send cleaners to fix the problem. I could barely hear the owner on the phone, there was screaming children around him for the entire duration of our call and he seemed bothered about the call. He told me a group of 3 cleaners will come to fix the house at 4 pm. I waited for hours, they finally showed up at 9 pm saying they are sorry but they got stuck in traffic. Mind you, this was our moving day and we were exhausted from moving furniture since 6 am. The ladies arrived with a dirty mop (when I saw the mop I told them to focus on the windows, washrooms, stove and fridge only and I will do the rest). They cleaned 3 windows in 2 hours, attempted to clean the washrooms with iron sponges and no proper cleaning supplies. I told one of the ladies to clean the fridge. She told me she is done. I open the fridge door and showed her it is still dirty and her response was :" you told to clean the fridge door, you didn't tell me I have to clean inside too". I was shocked. These ladies had no idea how to clean. They looked like they never cleaned a house in their life. Their manager came in the house to check on them at the beginning and started eating in our home because she said she was starving. She was yelling and treating the cleaners badly. At 11 pm, we gave up and send them home because we were exhausted, our eyes were closing and we realised we'll have to clean the house ourselves anyway. I have no words regarding this company and I am still shocked it survives. I feel like I've been robbed of $1000.

Easy online booking/payment process. Love that they work weekends! Great customer service and they did an excellent job!

Checked out the reviews for Anyclean before I took the leap. We rent and our oven was a mess before we moved in, eight years later it's a disaster. Booked online (so easy!) Our husband and wife team showed up on time and went at that oven. Getting it to look brand new was never an option but it is close. They worked diligently and resolutely. The apartment was filled with the smell of CLEAN. So happy with the service, will use them again without reservation.

I used this service before my daughter moved into her new home. The crew cleaned the entire home top to bottom and it was sparkling when they were finished. They also shampooed the carpets and everything was spic and span. Thank you

Worst cleaning experience I have ever had. The cleaners were nice but did not do a complete job and what is worse, they dumped the debris water after cleaning the carpet in the sink. When asked the company to rectify the situation they accused me of wanting free cleaning. I made the payment even though there is visible evidence of a poor job and leaving my sink clogged. They blamed me for it and made up a story of it being construction workers. Do not go with this company, the way they conduct themselves is worst than their actual cleaning results.

We requested a deep clean move in for an apartment and paid specifically for certain cleaning but they literally did nothing. We paid to have Stove, dishwasher, and microwave deep cleaned but were not touched. All what they did is wipe down surfaces. Very disappointing.

Shiva and Mohammadali were excellent. They exceeded my expectations. They were courteous and friendly. They brought all the materials and equipment that was needed and they made the place look like new again! I would definitely have them back.
