Avoid this website at all costs! This is a data mining site! I signed up to receive apartment listings from them and now I keep getting scam emails from third parties that have no unsubscribe button! These emails look legit which is why they keep bypassing Google’s spam filter. Also, even their own email confirming my subscription to their apartment listings doesn’t have an unsubscribe button. I will file a lawsuit against these people. I should have researched this site before I signed up for apartment listing emails.

While this company has partially removed my condo listing, which was advertised without my consent, it is not fully removed. I've requested again that it be completely removed.
Still waiting.
This company posts apartments that are not for rent. They currently have my apartment listed on their site. It has been owner-occupied for over 10 years.
I'm currently waiting for them to respond to remove my property from their site

The site is good, but I'm a hard rater.
The good: Helped me find my last apartment pretty quickly. Had good pictures and lots of apartments to compare and stuff. Mostly easy to use.
The bad: When I called one of the apartments the price had changed from what the site said. Not a big deal though. I guess it makes sense because sometimes things change before a site can update or whatever. I really wish they had some type of way to save apartments I liked though. Each time I went back to the site, I had to search for my favorites all over again.

Great experience using the site, my cousin was looking for a new apartment in the Central Texas area and I was able to help them connect with an ideal spot. Listings of amenities was a big help! Would definitely use again.

Very good experience on this site. It's fast even on my phone. Lots of options and easy to contact all the apartments I was interested in. Only downside is that the apartment I wanted wasn't available. Oh well.
