Apcchoice Apc Overnight Avis 

APC choice are NOT trustworthy. Had my regular dog food supplier change from DPD to these clowns obviously to save money and surprise surprise, the order didnt arrive. Now there is a months worth of raw dog food in a non refrigerated van somewhere thawing out. On trying to track delivery ONLY option I have available to me is to go and collect from the depo! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO COLLECT WHEN I PAID FOR DELIVERY! This is insane. Says delivery attempted which is a complete and utter lie. Delivery estimate was between 5 and 7pm, so after i realise its not actually going to arrive I try to call, obviously no one is there as its out of hours! try to email, email link on the website does not work. .These reviews need to be put up in the same place as APC reviews as people will miss this section at a quick glance thinking they have good ratings as they dont even use the same logo on thier image! MAKE THEM USE THE SAME LOGO SO PEOPLE KNOW ITS THE SAME DAMN COMPANY!

If there were no stars that's what id give as been waiting since Friday to have parcel collected and no show then arranged for collection today and still no show as absolutely crap as was arranged by Wuva

Zero stars . Appalling company , totally useless . The driver was here parked up but didn’t call or ring the door bell but decided to drive off . Waiting for this delivery two days in a row . Absolutely useless

Would give 0 starts if I could. Don’t want this review to sound like a repeat of the hundreds of other negative reviews on this page but I can’t stress enough to stay well clear from this company. If you could even call it one. If they don’t do something to mess you around the first 4 or 5 times. Don’t worry. They will see to that. The courier claimed he had attempted to deliver my parcel. Instead he just took a photo of it outside my house and put it in his van and said nobody was in to take the parcel. And judging by the video my cctv gave me he didn’t even walk up and knock on the door. They then said they would attempt delivery the next day. They didn’t. So I had to go about a hour out of my way to pick it up from one of there depots. And let me tell you something that place was more depressing than a council estate doll office in the 80s and full of angry customers that clearly have gone through the same experience as me. Every single person in that depot coming to pick up there parcel didn’t have anything good to say about there experience. They say oil and water don’t mix. Apc choice and a bunch of angry mechanics and grumpy old blokes in there 50s that need there parcels mixed with a bunch of rude and unprofessional receptionist don’t mix either. I have spent over 20 years as a charity worker in deprived countries in central Africa and the Middle East. I have seen a smoother and more politely run workforce of people in war torn Sudan and Yemen than the people at APC. STAY WELL CLEAR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Ordered plumbing items that were supposed to be delivered 6th October .. they didn’t arrive . Next day said time slot . Still didn’t arrive . Called them to see if they had issue with locating house .. gave them details . Still hasn’t arrived on 9th October and we had plumber booked in . Absolute joke of a company

New bike box had a big hole in it. Driver tried to pressure my 10 year old son into signing for it before I got to the door. Shameful.
Bike inside was damaged which I didnt discover until I'd fully opened the box.
Wasted loads of my time trying to arrange for it to be collected for a return.
Drivers claimed they had visited when they hadnt.
Had to call the depot twice and give very clear directions but drivers kept going to the wrong address and claiming I wasnt in.
Terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible company . Just received a text message informing me that I was not in for parcel delivery at 2pm . Blatant lie as I took the day off to wait for the parcel. Disappointing as I will no longer order from this specific company who uses APC Overnight . Which is a shame as I genuinely like the companies products . However, I just cannot deal with APC and their dishonest delivery practices.

Very Disappointing Service – Unreliable Delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by APC Overnight. I received an email confirming that my delivery would arrive this morning, only to receive another email on the actual day of delivery informing me that they were unable to deliver due to an “unexpected delay”, without providing any meaningful explanation.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of issue with APC Overnight. There appears to be a recurring pattern of delivery commitments being made and then changed at the last minute, leaving customers inconvenienced and unable to rely on the delivery information provided.

What is particularly frustrating is that I had arranged my day around the confirmed delivery. If APC Overnight knew there was an issue, better communication and earlier notification would have been expected.

I am also disappointed that Evergreen Direct chose to use APC Overnight for their deliveries. The choice of delivery company reflects on the seller as well, and I would strongly encourage Evergreen Direct to reconsider whether APC Overnight provides the level of service their customers should expect.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend APC Overnight if you need a reliable and dependable delivery service.

If I could do 0 stars I would. they never showed after 5 days .. The excuses were ridiculous including a fake photo from another address to try and say they had tried to collect. Ive spent thousands of pounds with this company and I think maybe 60% have actually got to the destination without problem. never again !!@

The day before the scheduled delivery of my parcel I got the chance to amend the delivery date and received confirmation of the change. The following morning I received notification it was out for delivery (I was about to go away for 3 nights). I called the office and they confirmed my change of delivery date had not been activated and reactivated to my requested date. I received an email confirming this. Two days later a friend called to my house to check everything okay and found a parcel on my drive. Sure enough, when I returned home today, there's the parcel due for delivery tomorrow. It's just by sheer luck that it was dry for the days the parcel sat outside.

Might be the worst delivery company ive had to deal with. Sent out for delivery then the driver gave up half way through their round, then lost the package in their own depot, didn't notify me and have since done absolutely nothing to sort it out.

Such an incompetent delivery service, I have no idea why companies use them.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would... driver couldn't follow basic instructions meaning I had to do a 60 mile round trip to the depot to pick up something I needed the next day. Office couldn't have cared less, said I'm more than welcome to come and get it myself if there's a problem. Terrible service.

Appalling service this delivery! Supposed to deliver yesterday, we waited in all day, no doorbell or knocking, arranged for today, he had both parcels, but would only leave one as his scanner didn’t work, even though I showed him receipt for both articles. Then had the cheek to report he had delivered 2 parcels! Now i have to cancel appointments for tomorrow, just so that he can "try" and deliver without knocking or ringing.

I wouldn't even put 1 star if it was possible!. Ordered a fresh meat order which was meant to be delivered "overnight" due to it being perishable. The delivery was due Saturday by 4pm and it didn't arrive. It still hasn't arrived. Clearly sat unrefrigerated for the weekend! Nobody picks up the emails, the tracking is none existent and the service is shocking! Avoid using these absolute cowboys.

I was returning an item and a collection was booked with APC.

Their driver rang our apartment doorbell (despite there being a concierge who could let him in) we answered, pressed the buzzer to let him in, and without even waiting for us to hang up the buzzer, we see him taking a picture of the collection code on his machine.

It took us 1 minute to get downstairs to hand the package, but he was long gone before then.

Beyond parody. If you don’t want to be double charged or you don’t want your customers to have a horrible experience, stay away from APC.

The first time they 'attempted' delivery, we were in all day but the doorbell didn't ring once. The second time, the delivery driver rang my doorbell incessantly for 10-15 seconds, which might not sound long, but seemed quite aggressive. When I answered, no hello or apology - he just said my name, I nodded, and he walked off. He seemed quite rude. I've written to APC directly about this and let the seller (of the item I was buying) know.

I have nothing to say about the delivery service other than they don't deliver with the times they arrange to deliver, absolutely terrible I've had to stop using a company that had great products, but they use APC ! So they have lost me as a regular customer because of the delivery service APC , I have given APC one star ⭐ only because I couldn't write this message without a star ? So I would rate APC 0.0 stars don't waste your time waiting on them to deliver!

The delivery drive was so rude and I watched him pull the item out of his truck with the white cord wrapped around the box and let it drop onto the ground, He had a pick up to make the same time and complained about the item he had to pick up. His whole attitude was not customer friendly at all, he should not be in a front facing customer service role if this is the kind of service his gives while representing APC.

Shame I can’t give zero stars. Next time I get a notification that my order is being shipped by this company, I’m just gonna cancel the order there and then.
They don’t even ring your doorbell or knock on your door. just a complete waste of time.

Next couriers are lier!
We checked the intercom camera - no one was there at all.
Had they actually come, they would have left a missing card.
My wife stayed home specifically for this.
Furthermore, I had informed you that courier could leave the package with my neighbor.
I want to confirm once again: no courier showed up.

Update: He arrived two days later, handed over the package, and took a photo already closed door (claiming he had been there two days earlier and taken that photo). We have with neighbours a few cameras in the perimeter.
