Absolutely fantastic experience with Apex Car Rental! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was friendly, professional, and right on time. We received a beautiful Suzuki Jimny, which was the ideal car for exploring Crete. The price was very reasonable, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service made everything so easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommended – we will definitely rent from Apex again!

The Ford Ranger Wildtrak that was rented was in fantastic condition, supplied by a company that clearly looks after both their cars and their customers. Everything was easy to navigate and there were no hidden surprises. Would definitely use them again and recommend anybody to try Apex Car Rental.

Brilliant service from Apex to arrange delivery of a 3 month hire car at short notice. Jordan did a fab job turning the paperwork around quickly and the car arrived a day early! Customer service was excellent and the car was at the right price point. The only negative is that all the forms had to be printed, and signed with wet signatures. Please can you digitise this?

We rented a car on the Seyshelles and unfortunately we ended up with a flat tire after our first road trip. With help from the friendly local Seychelles law enforcement, we managed to get the spare tire on the car so we could drive home to our hotel in the evening. The day after, even though it was Sunday and that the Seychelles celebrated their 50 year independence day on that same day!!! ,the people at Apex managed to come to our hotel and give us a new replacement car so we could continue our exploration of the Mahe Island. Also, during the week, we decided to extend our rental with one extra day, and this was managed just via WhatsApp. Super friendly and great service & support. We couldn’t have asked for more. The process was extremely smooth, we rented a van for 4 days, it was by far the cheapest option we found. The van only had 2000 miles on it. Elise was extremely responsive and helpful via email. I highly recommend Apex.
