The van was in excellent condition, and extremely well presented. Brilliant value for money.
Elise Bradley is a credit to the organisation. Efficient, pleasant, and dealt with the whole rental with the minimum of fuss.
I shall definitely use Apex again.

Elise was great from start to finish
Elise was great from start to finish. Explained all the rules regarding the van hire and the price was great! There was an issue with the electronic paper work online which Elise solved very quickly which I was thankful for. She even offered to show me how to use the Electric Van which in hindsight I should have accepted as it took a little while to figure out the handbrake. Thanks again!

I have found them courteous and helpful throughout and have maintained their professional standard over a prolonged period! I’ve been renting with Apex Car Rental now for over a year. I didn’t want to be tied down to a lease contract, due to unknown life circumstances, so the rolling short term contract works very well for me. I don’t normally write reviews but I really would like to recommend this company to others, they’ve been great. Truly can’t fault them. They are an independent company, with a great and helpful team. V professional & reliable. Delivery and vehicle exchange is always smooth and the cars I have received are almost always brand new. I’m so grateful I found Apex, it’s made my life a lot easier this past year!

I’ve tried the rest and Apex are by far the Best!
I’ve been using Apex Car Rental for many years. Great product on offer and not the usual tie ins with a traditional lease. New cars and latest models swopped regularly. No fuss. All the staff and directors are super helpful and go the extra mile.
Paul , Josh , Jordan and Jodie all been super helpful in the past.
Only slight negative is Electric and Plugin range is somewhat limited but I’m lead to believe this is being addressed going forward hopefully with some more Premium models.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to many more happy miles of Apex motoring.

As you are aware the Motor Industry is going through a massive change away from ICE engines to PHEV and BEV. Product is changing rapidly and we believe the PHEV vehicles are the way forward but the cost of many of the vehicles is a huge uplift going forward. What I do know is that for September we will have some Volkswagen Product, we already advertise the Passat and this should be added to with Tiguan which I believe has a PHEV electric range of over 70 miles …. Watch this space.
