The product is not bad, even though has some incompliance with the IVCOP. Customer service is terrible. This was the main reason we decided to change providers and discontinue using AplyID. This company clearly aims at acquiring new clients vs keeping existing ones satisfied.
Product Interface is easy to use and people were generally satisfied with the process of biometric verification. But again, it wasn't worth the pain of dealing with their customer support. Many other good providers out there with great service and attitude.

Absolutely useless. Only got as far as confirm your details and couldn’t get any further. After 3 try’s I gave up.
Easier and quicker to just take a photo of your ID and send it.

For the most part it works great, fast and effective. Recently I had a problem where the back of the licence did not show. I am not sure if the system did not ask client to do it but I now do not have the issue date and need to ask client to provide this. I also once had an issue where the video came out green and the system said it could not recognize the client, it seemed a bit glitchy. But other than that it is good and really helpful.

Hi Team, I would have expected a fix to be in place by now for when a user uses a VPN to stop the Gestures "Fail" and the Spoof Risk "High Risk" indicators turning red.
Further to this I believe there is a cosmetic bug in relation to the new Samsung Galaxy series and some Iphones, looking forward to this bug being rectified too so that the report does not revert to "Review" status.

A little tricky uploading a signature without showing a background. A few attempts.
Otherwise a useful legal tool that will save time.
The biggest issue I have is that in spite of being given links that apparently should see the reply coming to a specific individual or team within my firm, every single reply is going to our practice manager. This is less than ideal and needs to be resolved because she ends up sending around dozens of emails asking who claims this particular client detail. Resolve this and the review would be five-star.

The service is easy to use with minimal time and effort required. Once an ID request is set one can forget and just wait for a confirmation email. Very easy!
I think APLYiD is really good and straightforward to use. However, I have noticed some reoccuring faults with clients' results that seem to be the same each time. Happy to chat with one of your staff to explain if preferred. Thanks
Aplyid is easy to use and excellent at ensuring we manage our compliance for AML and onboarding new clients. It takes the time and inconvenience away from sourcing certified documentation.
All good, But clients find it hard to photograph their drivers licence by holding in one hand as shown in the instructions, especially if there is a phone cover. I have found placing the licence on a flat surface is way easier. Perhaps you could take a look at your instructions.
We get older people to come into our office if they are having difficulty, which counterproductive to the whole "save time and money" ideal.
This facility is an enormous advantage for me with identifying clients. As I am Estate's clerk and have to identify so many beneficiaries and this is a very quick and efficient way to complete this task.
It will be helpful if a reminder can be set up when a SMS is going to expire.
We consistently have great results from our clients and on the whole find it very user friendly.
