Shocking customer service, product arrived and didn’t work so they offered $4 as compensation when item cost $100! Beware and shop elsewhere!!

Why in the world applauseous.com uses a tracking company whose website is complete garbage is beyond me? The fact your never told this purchase is at a minimum 2 weeks out because it is coming from overseas. My order left out of Ireland over two weeks ago. I get useless updates from track-hub.com that do not allow me to look at the current transent status. I doubt I'll buy from applauseous.com again.
