I do have feedback re: the Workday applications, it seems that my application's Program of Study/major was filled incorrectly. My concern is this could trigger rejections, but in this case seems like the recruiter actively looked at my resume.

To preface, I want to start off with the fact that I'm a software engineer with a strong background but was struggling to get interviews.

ApplyAll changed that.

After eight weeks of using their tool (I will say it does take some time), I landed five interviews at reputable tech companies and ultimately received two offers. The team was also very supportive: they followed up with questionaries so they could help me apply to more jobs.

Excellent customer service and product! Cannot recommend this enough. My husband was one of the earliest users and worked directly with Tal who is the founder of ApplyAll. When I got laid off last November, he immediately sent an email to her to check their support for non-tech companies and roles(healthcare PMM). They supported me every step of the way, made custom changes for my applications, always accommodated with my extra applications whenever there was a delay. Okay, at first I was pretty skeptical because applications were going out slowly and I left a negative review because I assumed it was a scam and was too jaded to reach out. Their customer service reached out about the original review I left, found the glitch that was causing the issue leading to my original review, and were able to fix it.

The owner also reached out personally, both to understand what was happening and also understand why I didn't reach out. Both the owner and the customer service rep went above and beyond to address my concerns and were incredibly responsive, including following up unprompted to make sure the glitch hadn't resurfaced. Turns out they're a company who actually cares about helping people find jobs in this awful market and not AI garbage? I thought it was too good to be true, but that's really the case.

Incredible. When I first told my (previous) coworkers that I was using applyall they criticized me for being foolish and that companies steal your money for no benefit.

Tal and her team is the real deal when it comes to resume expertise and jobs application. I strongly recommend to attend Tal's resume optimization workshop. She offers unparallel advice on how to optimize your CV and how to approach the job market. I went for the 200 job application package, applied for 100 jobs, I got 2 interviews and 1 offer. The offer was 47% more than my last drawn, mind you this is early 2025 when the job market is crashing and everyone is getting laid off up down left and right. All I did was submit draft 1 of my resume and Tal and her team went ahead to offer suggestions to improve my CV and the rest is handled by the team themselves!
