Always prompt and professional

Went to use the app, clicked on my local shop and then brings up shop 89+ miles away that obviously wouldn’t deliver.

Fantastic service as always. Delivery arrived today when it was supposed to, from very friendly and respectful driver. I've been using this service for several months now and cannot find a fault with it.

Initially when I first used this service my orders were usually wrong. I then asked the delivery person to wait while I checked my order, they quickly sorted any discrepancy. Since then I have had no problems, the delivery people are very polite and delivery is within the requested time slot

Stop giving crap thats out of date or due up on the same you tell the driver they say the shop packed the bag tell the shop they say the driver packed the bag iam done was good customer but had enough won't recommend this service 😡

Coop Buttery is dire, spread on fresh crispy toast, instantly converts to wet bread...

I WAS SO PLEASED WHEN I SAW YOU HAD STARTED TO DELIVER. WE HAVE A GREAT LOCAL SHOP, LOVELY FRIENDLY STAFF, THAT IS ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED AND HAS SUCH A GREAT CHOICE OF ITEMS I ALWAYS GET WHAT I NEED. I LOVE THE FACT THEY HAVE SOME OF THE BEST PRICES AROUND AND SO FAIR TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, AS A LOCAL I AM THRILLED I WILL BE SUPPORTING THEIR GREAT SERVICE. THEY ALSO HAVE THE MOST FRIENDLIEST DRIVERS THAT KNOW MY NAME AND ALWAYS COME TO THE DOOR WITH A SMILE TY EVERYONE AT THE MARYHILL STORE, I CANNOT GET OUT ALONE SO YOUR A LIFESAVER FOR ME :)

Have used this shop for several years. Only signed up to the delivery service maybe a month ago. Shop staff always helpful, friendly, and engaging.
Deliveries have been great - experience has been items delivered around 15 minutes into the hour timeslot. Which is brilliant. Delivery by recognisable staff. As ever, courteous and friendly. Can't begin to fault either in-store or delivery service provided by these guys. You provide an excellent service and customer experience. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from my local shop. They hsve a good range of products & will call if something isn't available to offer an alternative. App is easy to use with products in different categories so easy to find. Also has a special offer section and if you forget anything, the shop is only a phonecall away. Great service for very reasonable delivery charge (often has free delivery if you spend over a certain amount) Would and have recommended this service.

Good service and delivery was name on time. A couple off items out of stock so need to know what happens about refunding the difference but happy otherwise
