We have been with April King for a few years now and have no issues with dealing with our Wills and recent codicil. Harrison and Taha have been very clear with information and answering questions. We would have preferred it if there had been a local office in our area but as everything nowadays is via text/ email it is not a great problem.

A very personal service from day one

I was given a great review by my Father in Law for April King so decided to use them to write out wills and also our power of attorney, the process was very quick and easy and all staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The members of the support team that I have had the misfortune to deal with are some of the most inept that I have ever experienced. They do not deal with requests in a timely manner, you have to chase them again and again. I have today spoken to Sarah from the support team and I am appalled at her attitude. She was rude, offered no apology for the error that she admitted had been made by her team. She offered this advice “there’s nothing we can do, we’ll just have wait now as it is with Royal Mail”. So a fingers crossed approach to the delivery of your personal documents is their policy. These are people that are allegedly trained to deal with and “support” people that are recently bereaved. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal advice.
