We are very pleased with the service we recieved. Taaha Ahmed explained in great detail every aspect of our wills and answered all our questions promptly and reassuringly. The service was very prompt and there was no hard-sell. This was all done via video calls which we were not too sure about originally but worked out really well without having to make a journey to the office.

He was most thorough in going into the meanings of the legal jargon which I would suspect most new clients would benefit from. Would rate at 6 stars if it were possible. We found the initial free consultation very informative, cutting through the jargon and allowing us to understand various and complex options. Taaha was extremely knowledgeable and highly reassuring, answering all our questions and patiently ensuring we understood all aspects of our requirements. What we also found refreshing, was that there was no hard sell pressure at the end of the consultation. After reviewing our options at home, we had 2 wills and 4 Power of Attorney documents drawn up, finding the whole process very efficient and painless, with Taaha readily available to answer the odd query. We cannot recommend Taaha highly enough. Fantastic service.

He always made time to talk to us even after the Wills were completed - I certainly wasn't expecting this level of service. But what I was most impressed by was that his knowledge base was outstanding. He knew every aspect of inheritance law and drew up the Wills very quickly.
