The technician didn't do a Damn thing have had great service for the past 5 years until yesterday tried contacting his supervisor no return call so I will probably cancel

I used Aptive Pest Control for a full-home pest treatment and their team was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what they were going to do. Their tech arrived when promised, treated both indoors and outdoors thoroughly, and followed up with photos to show the work. The service in and of itself is terrific for home owners. Aptive's communication is stellar. In my case, I have technician Andre who is the best. He is a nice young man, diligent in performing the service and excellent at feed back. I am always happy to see him. This is a great company and has exceeded my expectations.
