Very bad experience
They basically came out charged me $300 and said they couldn't fix my issue with mice because I needed to repair some holes in the foundation

No listening skills
The service is great - when you can get them to do the job correctly. I cannot tell you how many times (it's a lot) I've told them I want them to spray inside my house so they need to knock on my door. Very rarely do they ever, though. Not in the past couple of years. It's strange; they were so good just a few years ago!

Happy with service
The service tech always emails me when they are on their way and then lets me know when they arrive. If we have any pest problems we let them know right away and they work on it.
I like that they take pictures of what they did and text them to me.
We have had no real problems. Just ants outside in the spring and stink bugs whenever they come out. But I call Aptive and they take care of it.
They are always very nice.
