I had my pest control canceled by the technician in February and had no phone contact to set up a new appointment. I was home all day waiting but got a text saying he’d be here late in the afternoon. Then I got a second text after 5:30 saying he’d wouldn’t be able to make it and that they’d reschedule. No one called or rescheduled. Then I got a survey for the technician’s business, so that tells me the communication in your company is lacking.

The technicians are superb. When having difficulty with double billing, it was a huge issue. I do feel they have done what is right to make things right. Overall I still give them a 5

Consistent in their follow up each time on insect traps they place, informing of what they completed if I'm not at home when they come.

They started out strong and quickly fixed the mouse problem. After a few months, I heard less from the company and saw less of their technicians. In December, they did their "treatment" but it wasn't at my house. Their Technician did come here but only because I contacted them by text. When he got here he was at my property for less than 10 minutes, including our conversation at my front door. That's the last time I heard/saw anyone but they still are getting paid every month. It is now almost April. What am I paying them for? I'm disappointed in their maintenance aspect.

Really took care of our bugs and rodents. And I loved the regular cleaning of outdoor window frames, light fixtures, and our attached hose winder to remove any nests those pests wanted to call home.

The Technician contacted me before and after and also took pictures of everything they did. Very through and always on time. Always sends pictures of the work they are doing.

In my opinion, the treatment provided for my house on the lake does not effectively address the spider webs. Despite the occasional removal and spraying, the webs continue to reappear.

They are so good at communication. They let me know when they’re on their way and when they are done. Further, they care about our dogs, instructing which areas to keep them away from ( and for how long). They also give pictures that show where they worked. I’m very happy with their service!

Jordan was supposed to service my house on Friday, 1/30/26. He never showed up and told me he walked around the whole property and serviced it. I was home, and he was never at my house, so I called him out. He said the directions had taken him to a different house, so I'm not sure if he was lying and never did anything or if he serviced the wrong house. I then texted him it was fine and I just wanted to make sure I didn't get charged, and he never texted back. Pretty horrible experience. I called Aptive today to have my account credited the $110, and they said the best they can do is have a service completed at no charge. So, we'll see what happens on Tuesday this upcoming week. If I get serviced and get charged again, I'm going to cancel my account.
