They are so good at communication

They are so good at communication. They let me know when they’re on their way and when they are done. Further, they care about our dogs, instructing which areas to keep them away from ( and for how long). They also give pictures that show where they worked. I’m very happy with their service!

Guy Never Showed Up and Was Still Charged

Jordan was supposed to service my house on Friday, 1/30/26. He never showed up and told me he walked around the whole property and serviced it. I was home, and he was never at my house, so I called him out. He said the directions had taken him to a different house, so I'm not sure if he was lying and never did anything or if he serviced the wrong house. I then texted him it was fine and I just wanted to make sure I didn't get charged, and he never texted back. Pretty horrible experience. I called Aptive today to have my account credited the $110, and they said the best they can do is have a service completed at no charge. So, we'll see what happens on Tuesday this upcoming week. If I get serviced and get charged again, I'm going to cancel my account.

I’m also sorry for the lack of follow-up after you raised your concern about being charged. Clear communication is important, and it’s frustrating when that doesn’t happen. I’m glad you reached out to our team so the situation could be reviewed and a no-charge service scheduled to make this right.

We’ll be closely monitoring the upcoming visit to ensure it’s completed properly and that your account is handled accurately. Your feedback is being shared internally so we can address both the service and communication issues you experienced. It is winter and a snow storm on the…

It is winter and a snow storm on the day he came. Appointments are during the day when no one is home. Traps were not checked and the yard was not treated yet I was charged full price for limited services. It's not the fault of the technician. I am requesting half of my money please. Thank you

First I didn't know the contract was…

First I didn't know the contract was for 2 years. I thought it was for one.

It's stupid they come in the winter for 90 bucks a month to accomplish nothing. Can't wait to cancel them.

Great Customer Service

The sales team and service techs are top-notch—friendly and transparent with excellent communication. We are only a couple of treatments in, so I have still seen some pest activity, but they're always good at taking notes and prioritizing. Wiping down spiderwebs from the garage and the exterior of the home is a nice touch as well. Now I don't have to do it!
