My experience

The technician did a good job of hitting all the areas that have the most bug traffic. Everyone that has been to my house has been very professional and courteous.

Billing is a problem. my original contract was 4 treatments per year for $500, payment made quarterly by direct payment from my credit card. Now I am being billed monthly for service every 50-80 days. I also have to pay extra for spraying inside. The techs do a good job. what I have a problem with is that inside service and outside bate boxes are extra. I signed up you you with the understanding that inside service and the bate boxes where included. I would like to speak to a representative about this.717-798-6281

Unprofessional

I paid them for 8 months. They could not control the roaches in my house. Now they wanted me to upgrade the plan. This guy came to my house on 27 dec 2025 to service and all of sudden he wanted me to upgrade the plan . He said I had German roaches. I asked why he took all 8 months to say that. He then freaked out and left my house without service. He is such an unprofessional person, I have ever met.

The technician Nate texted me to say he…

The technician Nate texted me to say he would be there soon. I asked if he could give me 10 minutes to get there so he would be able to get into garage. He replied no problem and went down the street to do another customer. Came back when I got home and did my garage and basement. Explained everything he was doing

Techs do their job well

Tech usually calls with estimated time of arrival. Asks if there are problems to address. Performs his tasks and provides recap of actions taken. All done in timely and profession manner. Only thing I would like changed is, when informed of day of service, if morning or afternoon could be shared
This would help in planning day.

The technician did a great job treating the house and checked for any varmints (pests) as he went through the house.

Jameel

Jameel, our service tech, always rings our doorbell when he first arrives, and we have a short discussion in which he explains what he will be doing, and then asks for my comments or questions. He then does the entire outside of the house to ensure no critters make their way inside. He is very thorough and documents his work.

Many dead insects

I was surprised but happy to see so many dead insects on my patio. There were also dead insects on the inside of my French doors. I guess I don't have to worry about those insects thinking they have a new home. The young man also sprayed some spider webs in my outside storage box. He did a great job!

All Around Outstanding Company

Outstanding company. The techs that come out are all knowledgeable and take the time to check in with me and answer my questions without rushing me in any fashion. I saw improvement within one treatment and one year later a tremendous difference. They text a couple days before coming out and the day of. There is an easy to use rescheduling tool online. Big fan!

No one was home for the service there…

No one was home for the service there fore only outside was treated. I had expected a call to schedule a time. Never received that call.
