I was so impressed with Steven Reaugh.
A true professional in every aspect of his job above and beyond what is expected.
He explained how to improve my services, was very professional and addressed my concerns.
I have not been satisfied with numerous technicians but Steven is fantastic.
I have thought many times to end service when contact ends but if I can continue with Steven Reaugh, I may change my mind.
I would like to request him for each appointment.

I wasn't initially interested in committing to a whole year of service but it has worked beautifully. The technicians that come to my hose are outstandingly clever and kind. Any time I have a question is timely taken cared of...and bugs, all type of them are not around or in my house. Its a pretty good service. I recommended!

Cannot Cancel
Almost impossible to cancel service even after no longer living at the location. The products they use are not pet safe (most sprays are not) but the salesperson assured us they were. It also did nothing to control the pests we had. Technician was friendly, but that's it.
