Not all technicians make us aware of their arrival. Once performing service/applications on property, technicians are very good & thorough. Must say that Crystal (St Louis location) is excellent. She has respect, courtesy, thoroughness & great follow-through skills. Wish we could have her as our technician EVERY TIME.
Infrastructure & customer service need considerable improvement with communication follow-through, more clarity of English spoken, poor processing of written checks as payment & email support. Recently Aptive discontinued email communication & support for customers. Very bad decision.

Daquan was VERY thorough and covered…
Daquan was VERY thorough and covered all of the house and surrounding areas. No one has ever been that thorough treating our home before. He arrived when he said he would be here. He let me know when he was finished and sent me pictures of everything he did and treated. This was the first time someone did not just rush and hurry up so they could leave. I really hope Daquan is the one who does our treatment every time from now on.

Just a sales call
Yes, the agent looked for termites. He even found some in a dying tree in my backyard, but the visit was really just a sales call—and the service would be pretty expensive.

Billy is always the best technician that’s ever come to my home!
If I can’t get him on the schedule to take care of my Home when my transfer are done, then my treatments will always be postponed! All your employees should be like Billy!

The worker was kind and timely
The worker was kind and timely, I made the appointment for wasps and requested they come with equipment to handle this issue.
The worker said that wasn’t communicated and my issue was not solved. I think solving this disconnect and resolving the reason I called would make sense.
He was able to provide a spray if the outer layer of my house and yard.

Our technician we had focused on the areas I asked him to because they are still a problem. He is really friendly and helpful. When I needed an extension to pay my bill and he was already here, he helped me get through it right away!

Miguel was great!
Miguel was my my service guy. He was professional and proficient. He made sure he covered all parts of my house and exterior knowing what issues I was concerned with. This is my 5th month with aptive and have had only 1 month of unsatisfied service. But Miguel made sure I was happy before he left.

Correction from previous review
My first review was incorrect. The tech was so quiet that we thought he left without even spraying or performing any type of treatment. I was wrong. My one complaint is our deck, we spend a large amount of time outside on the deck. I was under the impression that there would be more attention paid to that area.

They clear the hornet nests that form and have done a really good job keeping ants out of the house.

Tasheena James Kudos
Tasheena James was professional and accommodating during the schedule service. Very knowledgeable. Tasheena addressed our concerns of mice getting into house and nest of wasp on the children wooden fort swing set in our backyard. My wife runs an in home daycare and didn't want her daycare kids exposed to the wasp when they did their outdoor activities. Tasheena made our back yard and the wooden fort a top priority during her visit. My wife and I were very appreciative for Tasheen's professionalism, and dedication to her work.
