Altive always does what they say they’re going to do. Austyn communicated very clearly. I barely noticed he was in the house. He sent pictures showing the treatment areas and let me know what he had done.

We are given a day not a time period
We are given a day not a time period, such as morning, afternoon, between 10 and 12, etc.The invoice says that they treated the yard but I have never seen them out in the yard. They just race around the outside and inside as fast as they can.

Last service no one knocked on the door…
Last service no one knocked on the door at arrival to speak to me about my concerns and I don’t think services were completed as my pets are again experiencing fleas. They completed a 6 day treatment and at the same time I called for treatment of the yard but also wanted treatment inside to be sure.

So far just ok. I have had issues with both of the appointments so far. Both were addressed and corrected but the fact that 100% of my appointments required me to call customer care is a disturbing trend.

We have had active for about 5 years now. Aptive takes care of us every time. The price it also right. If in between service is need it all we have to do is call and they will be here taking care of any pest. Mosquitos, bees, wasps, aunts, silver fish, etc.
