Garrett always make sure my questions…

Garrett always make sure my questions are answered and my needs are met. We have had problems with wasps and hornets but Garrett (actually, all of the technicans that have treated my home) focused his attention on resolving this problem and we no longer have any wasps or hornets around my home. I am very pleased with Garrett and the results of his work.

Excellent communication is the key!

I found that communication was not up to a 5 star level. For me personally, to sign a contract and agree to a service for 1 year I need to be reassured that I can communicate directly with the people providing the service. Not someone overseas that answers a text with no understanding of what I'm trying to communicate!!! Make sure your staff reads the notes left for them. Why leave information/ directions if they're not going to read it? How else can a customer communicate with this type of service? There are still people who are used to speaking directly to other people ie verbal communication on this earth. We are paying customers. Don't forget about us in your business plan! This is overall feedback about the service not pertaining to a specific date fyi.

The gentleman you sent tried very hard…

The gentleman you sent tried very hard to address my insect problem. He took time to determine what kind of insects were causing my problem. I appreciate his efforts. My concern is that he dropped the long air sprayer down my shower drain. He tried to get it out but he did not have the correct tool(s) to do so. I am worried about the drain getting plugged up in the possibly not-too-distant future.

I feel comfortable knowing that the products being used are pet & Eco friendly.

They work with my schedule which makes it convenient and will show up anytime you need them in between the next appointment. Their technicians are courteous & professional.

Effective use of chemicals, less insects outside my home, any insects inside my home are found dead. Thoroughness of representative an application. Willingness to address areas specified. Respectful of property. Pleasant, yet professional technicians.

Communication with and from Aptive is a plus!

The aspect of the service that I find most positive is the communication. Not only the reminders of an upcoming service, but also the ease for rescheduling if necessary. Additionally the communication direclty with the service technicians is also a positive.

Excellent performance consistently!

Techs do an excellent job. They are very detailed in their scope of work and always check in for concerns they should pay more attention to. Pics are provided at the end of their session to show their work. I am very satisfied to be a long time customer and have not found a better pest control after being with Aptive.

Very pleased with my Aptive service. I always get great communication from the company reminding me when my next service will be. I always get great communication from the service tech to let me know when he will arrive and when he has completed the service with pictures showing where ge sprayed and any concerns.

You raised your price

You raised your price. The chemicals that you used in our house were very strong and offensive to older people. We are both 85.

I consider it unethical, but you shortened my visit dates and I had to call and talk through a longer time between services. This was several months ago.

I have used this service for several years. I have noted that my homestead has fewer pest and insects than my neighbors. I enjoy the friendly and cordial attitude of the technician who serv ice my homestead. I've had offers for cheaper services, but I think that quality matters.
