Mont was my technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. He was very thorough with the treatment and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.

My experience with Aptive today04/07/2026 was an excellent experience because Bee the technology was very communicative with me.
He explained every detail about how he was going to treat my outside of my home for the season. He sprayed my home to combat the insects. Today, Bee 🐝 focused on treating for seasonal pests like ants, wasps spiders, and cockroaches. He applied treatments to the eaves, windows, doors, entry points, perimeter of my home, and all pest hotspots that he found on my property.
I thank you Aptive for sending Bee to my residence today.

Great service!
Ethan was great. Knowledgeable, informative, professional. I told him exactly what I needed and where to spray. They send you pictures of your home and areas of notice. They send a text before arriving to inquire about any specific needs they should focus on when they come to service your property. I’ve been using them for over 7 years. Great service! They'll even come back to do a re-service if needed.
