The last service was rushed and the technician did not first do the inside of the house unless I reminded him. The ants are back and treatment does not seem to be working as effectively.

Management is horrible
Management is horrible. They have no real method to reasonably schedule appointments. Local office support is virtually non-existent. All matters handled remotely by customer service located in Utah. Local office does not provide support for issues and will not directly contact clients. Rating 1

Extremely unhappy
Aptive came out to spray and I am still seeing flies like crazy, mosquitoes, Junebug’s and. Now roaches. I am losing it.

The young man did an excellent job. Very professional, texted he was headed my way and what time to expect him.
Now, on the other hand, I had rescheduled my appointment and you guys went ahead and came the original date. I didn't get any notification until the morning of the appointment.

After All these Years...APTIV is still the ONE
The exterminator educated us about the different bugs that we sometimes see inside our home. He also, told about a different plan that takes care more critters. He was very through in spraying all area ls inside and out
I've been with Aptiv since 2020 and I've even referred others, that's how much I like and trust their services
