Shower Out--Bath In
From the initial survey to the installation the work was done in a very professional manor. No hard selling on the survey just a comprenisive assesment of the work involved.
The fitters arrived on the agreed date and finished the installation in one day.
We were surprised at how much interest there was in the new shower. More than one visitor commented on how neat the fitting was and the high standard of workmanship.

A great walk-in bath from a customer-friendly company.
The rep was very informative and helpful, the walk-in bath components were delivered without any problems, and then beautifully installed in one day, and the old shower base etc. subsequently collected. The bath works perfectly, and the company are a pleasure to deal with. They were able to provide a tub with the door positioned to avoid our toilet bowl.

Good quality and good installation
Right from receiving the brochure to making an appointment to installation it went smoothly and at a good speed. Our fitter, Stacy was quick and cleaned up after himself and kept us informed as to what he was doing. Would highly recommend AquAbility to family and friends. Well done !

New shower installation. fitter who worked nonstop…
Very pleasant fitter who worked nonstop to fit the shower. Everywhere was clean and tidy when he left, and the following day all rubbish was removed. Sliding door squeals a little, but hopefully this will cease as the unit is used more.

One of their representatives came to…
One of their representatives came to measure up my small bathroom.
When I questioned him on aquabilies pricing structure he became very defensive and said the price was the price.
I pointed out to him that the materiel cost and installation could be obtained at less than half of his quote.
So why would I make an order with his company.
He then became very rude and left.
He was obnoxious and had a serious attitude problem.
I would be very careful before placing any order before shopping around.

The chaps who came to do the work were…
The chaps who came to do the work were really nice. They got on with the work and if a biggish problem occurred they consulted me. Also they were very tidy and cleared up after them. When finished they went through what they had done and explained how things worked.

This is wonderful
This is wonderful! It was fitted in just a day, the bloke arrived at 8.10 am and didn’t leave til after 5pm. He worked solidly all day with just a sandwich, we made him lots of cuppas though!
Every time I go into the shower it is so easy and I feel very safe there. I sit on the seat and stand sometimes, and each time I just want to stay in longer!

Excellent fitter who was friendly and professional.
The person who came to fit the shower was a lovely man who was so helpful. He did an excellent job and everything was left neat and tidy. He also fully explained everything. Customer service on the other hand was left lacking. They were abrupt and unhelpful and not at all pleasant. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of the excellent service the fitter gave.

Still waiting for job to be completed
The bath installed is fantastic. BUT we were advised that an electrical engineer would contact us with regards to installing a electrical spur for the bath as it is not safe to continuously use a plug for electrics to use the chair. I have phoned the company twice and asked to be advised my request has been forwarded, to date no call ref the required safety work to be done. Bath was installed a number of weeks ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,
