Ease of ordering and prompt delivery. I now have two AQUASAT1 shower handsets. I ordered one for a shower which is in daily use and found that it definitely saves, using only about a third of the water of a standard handset, without seeming to have a reduced flow! Have now bought a second AQUASAT1 for use in my guest's bathroom.

Aqualogik are not Southern Water
The email sent to me stated it was from “Southern Water”. It even had the Southern Water logo boldly emblazoned at the top. I signed up for my water saving home visit as I thought Southern Water were caring for my needs. Only later (when a friend pointed out that I should check more carefully) did I realise it was all a cover for this Company called Aqualogik - who it seems sell water butts and other water saving ‘widgets’!? Be careful not to get conned by their scam emails. I nearly did! They ARE NOT representative of Southern Water, even though the email shows in your inbox as from ‘Southern Water’. The email address when expanded is actually southernwater@aqualogic-wc dot com

100 litre water butt
The 100 litre water butt is an excellent product to get some height to disperse rain water from the end of my greenhouse. Unfortunately the tap had been broken whilst packing. Aqualogic agreed to send a replacement tap with no quibbles following my phone call. Thank you.

Received a COLD CALL from this company…
Received a COLD CALL from this company claiming to be working on behalf of my Water Provider and attempting to 'book an appointment' to check my water useage!
Spoke to Southern Water who said that this was NOT the case!

Hello. We're sorry that you had this experience. In fact we DO work on behalf of Southern Water. We visit homes to to help their customers to save water by fitting showers, taps and other water saving widgets.
We do call Southern Water customers to ask if they wish to participate. We call from our own internal call centre. We have now been doing this for nearly 10 years, and visited around 90,000 homes.
Sadly and from time to time, when a customer calls Southern Water, their call centre doesn't realise as it's not within their own call centre and provide the wrong information.
Sorry the reply is so late, we have issues gaining access trust pilot.
