Stephen was excellent providing all the information we needed being new to softeners and managed to find a slot for installation quickly. We had a Kinetico Premier Compact XP installed by Stephen to replace an old failed softener. The installation and quality of work is second to none. It's more efficient, smaller and salt blocks are much easier to handle and use than tablets. Stephen was great to deal with and was happy to provide advice and tips on the system.

I used Aquastream to replace an old faulty softener with a new Kinetico unit for the whole house. Stephen was responsive, friendly and clearly experienced and did a great job swapping out the unit and tidying up some previous plumbing mistakes.
