A really helpful and effective company. I wanted a water softener to help with cleaning and the hard water effects on children’s skin. I looked at a few companies before approaching Aquastream. Stephen came out to quote and I was happy with price so went ahead. Stephen is straight forward and honest. He offered a price and spoke about the products he uses versus others. Stephen is an experienced plumber and this was key for me instead of a shiny salesperson. On the day of installation Stephen completed the job perfectly, he worked hard and was happy to have a chat and answer questions. He fully showed me the softer working and how to use it and change the salt. While Stephen was here he even swapped over some tap washers for me to stop a leak, all part of the superb service. Overall I would absolutely recommend.

Aquastream replaced 20 year old Kinetico unit for a more modern version. The company were professional, efficient and timely in installing the new unit. We are extremely pleased and look forward to another 20 years of softened water!

I have a Kinetico water softener - must be about 30 years old - it has given good service, but was leaking at the top screw used for starting a manual flush. Found that Aquastream supplies parts for Kinetico. Bought new cap and setting part with seal and O-ring and fitted it myself and all is well.

Delivered my water filter cartridge very quickly every time. I am also happy that Aquastream sends me reminders when I’m due for replacing the filter. Overall good service.

Fabulous service. Stephen was very patient and answered all my questions promptly via email before fitting. He was so respectful of our house whilst fitting with dust sheets etc… I have already recommended to several neighbours - we are 2.5 weeks into the water softener being fitted and it’s made such a difference already to our skin/hair and time I have to spend cleaning - the limescale is gone!

A water softener installed just over a year ago failed. Too late I checked reviews on that model and found it was very poorly rated with zero after sales back-up. Advice provided was comprehensive and this time I checked reviews on the replacement model recommended and found that it lived up to the description given by Aquastream. The installation and modifications to the supply side were performed very professionally and all waste materials removed and site left tidy. Water is now soft.

I had used Aquastream previously to service my old Softener which, unfortunately due to age, recently became beyond repair. I was quoted for a new softener and associated improved plumbing and given an installation date and time. The work was carried out efficiently on the date and time given and the invoice was exactly as quoted. Everything was left neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We arranged for Aquastream to come and install a Kinetico Water Softener shortly after moving into our new property. Stephen was extremely helpful answering all our questions while we were arranging the installation to make sure we had the right size for our property.
