I have a 10-year old water softener which has been regularly serviced every 2 years by Softener Services, or so I thought. Softener Services have been taken over by a larger company who failed to reply to my request for a service, so I looked for a local company and found Aquastream; there were others but Aquastream were the first to return my call so I booked them. I now know what a proper service entails and what is involved; it's obviously the first comprehensive service my softener has had. I would thoroughly recommend Aquastream as a full water softener service provider and will definitely use them in 2024, by which time it will be prudent to replace the model I have.

The Omnipure Q5650 filter cartridge system was very quick and easy to fit in place of the previous Culligan. Simple push-fit connections, and even the mounting fitted on the same screws. Stephen was very helpful in choosing the most suitable system, which is working very well. We have bought filters from Aquastream for some years now and will continue to do so.

Steve did an excellent job connecting to our pipework behind the cabinet plinth and fitting a water softener into a cupboard with a few millimetres to spare. He arrived as arranged, did the work and tidied everything up neatly. We are very pleased with the result and are already feeling the benefits of softened water. Great; ordered online and 10 bags were delivered to the doorstep a couple of days later.
I chose the Brose salt tablets and they've proved to be clean and durable even when the bag is opened. Great!
