I really enjoyed the water
I really enjoyed the water. The taste was great and Cutomer Support was exceptional. I'm not giving more stars because the water filter kept leaking, it was replaced and still leaking. I did return it all together.

The filters seem clogged and water trickle slow
The filters seem clogged bc the water trickle is low but also sometimes the bottom component "pressurizes" and when inserting a new full water tank it does not depress and i have to use my finger to manually depress it so the tank can fall in place.. I think its the filters

Customer service
Customer service, an actual person, helped me with a question about the floater kit and sent me a new free of charge. I got it within a week. I love the product and appreciate being able to talk with a human when I have a question.

Highly recommend
It is rare that one buys a gadget which surpasses all expectations. This one does exactly that. We now can actually drink our tap water — crystal clean, no odours. Absolutely fantastic filtration system.

DO NOt BUY
DO NOt BUY - Impossible return policy and customer service. They delivered the wrong Filters and they are demanding for me to pay the return (the return process is in any case a nightmare. It took me a whole week to get in touch with customer center and then discover that if you want a Return Label, it will cost you $20 + carrier expenses). UNBELIEVABLE!!! In my case the return was for their mistake and still it will cost me $50 to return these filters
