Sunil Sharma is a very genuine guy. He is not a pushy salesman but he is more interested in supplying exactly what you want and need. When the hot tub was installed, he showed us how it worked and how to maintain correct water conditions. When we thanked him he said all he wanted was happy customers.

Amazing service from Sunil, right from the very off. Not one bit of pressure selling but paying more attention to what we wanted, needed and suited us. Really good communication from buying right through to delivery, the electrician, access crane and the guys who did the install! Amazing...

Sunil was extremely helpful, both before, during and after purchasing our hot tub. We did not feel pressured into buying any particular model but received lots of advice on the appropriate model for our needs.

Sunil was very knowledgeable as a first time hot tub buyer it was all a bit of a minefield. What i particularly liked that Sunil did not try and tell us about all the shortcomings of other hot tub manufacturers but concentrated on the benefits of the master spa tub we wanted to buy. Installation was efficient, arrived when they said were going to arrive. Explained how to use it. Sunil came out and went through everything again which was helpful. Sunil also quick to answer any queries we had as we got used to balancing the water. Highly recommend

We have been wanting to buy a hot tub for some time but hadn't identified a particular one. That was until, we came across Aqua Hot Tubs in Uxbridge/Denham and we got started talking to Sunil. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy like some sales people are! Instead he spent a long time explaining everything there is to know about hot tubs and instilling trust and confidence. This is why we decided to buy a hot tub from him. The hot tub was delivered when said ,the guys were brilliant all round from start to finish explaining everything.

We love our hot tub, I thought it would be a bit of a fad but almost 2 months later and we still use it most days. It’s definitely helped us get through lockdown and a lovely treat at the end of a long shift at work. The sales service we received was great both before and since buying the hot tub. They quickly responded to any questions we had with helpful tips and explanations.

The hot tub recommended was excellent and the back up provided by Sunil has been outstanding. He has not failed to respond to my enquires no matter what time or day.
I feel the installation crew need more instruction on how to handover the working tub to the client. We could have avoided the little problems if we had been fully briefed and the set up fully completed.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Sunil was one of the most professional and un pushy sales people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He didn’t rush me into a sale and was extremely knowledgeable about each product. Sunil kept me updated on my delivery date and also took the hassle of arranging a crane away from me. Amazing service, and outstanding advice given at each step of the way. Sunil advised us where would work best for the hot tub in the garden and rather than just having the hot tub; to make more of a feature in the garden with it and what we needed electrical wise for it. We listened and so pleased we did. Even after having the hot tub installed over 6 weeks, I called for advice. Freely given and good it was too. The whole experience from initiation though to delivery, set up and after care was outstanding and good to know that there are great companies that still care out there.

Called around quite a few places looking for tubs but these guys were very helpful and had the unit I wanted in stock.
Answered all questions and the tub was delivered on time by a very professional crew, set up and left running ready for use the next day.
There was a minor mark on the tub, and Aquatubs sent a replacement in the post the following day which I fitted in 2 minutes. Have been great on follow-up advice too. Easy to see why they've been in business for so long.
Fully recommend.
