Not exactly what we ordered.

Hot tub is nice. Delivery was 4 weeks late. Installation was good.
Tub did not come with the controls that we were told it would have.
We are waiting on a store response before any further decisions.

Very Unhappy

To Whom It May Concern

PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!
I keep being promised someone will come out to my home where my EDEN hot tub is to school me on operating the control pad and give me hands on help with properly using the water treatments and chemicals.
Plus after only having the hot tub since May 20/26 and only using it twice, the water is extremely cloudy/milky and disgusting to use. I did get some phone assistance but I’m not happy with that.
The last tub I bought was a Bullfrog and they sent a tech rep out to show me how to properly use the tub operating system and chemical treatments.
Every time I’ve asked Neva Riazi my salesperson to speak to a manager it’s as if I was asking to have a word with Jesus Christ, just pathetic.
I’ve been a very successful General Contractor/ House Builder for nearly 60 years. If I treated my customers like the way I’ve been treated, regarding after sales service I would not even be in business.

It’s absolutely disgraceful.

Awesome tub

Awesome tub! So far we are really enjoying the tub. Some of the mechanics of using the tub are a bit challenging. The lights on the outside are very bright and we have not been able to turn them down. The instructions on using the control panel are limited and are by trial and error. The actual tub itself is exactly what we were hoping for. Absolutely love it!

Absolutely thrilled with the purchase…

Absolutely thrilled with the purchase of our new Eden. So glad we stretched our budget and is now returning our investment!
The quality of build is very good and finishing touches like the ambient lighting is a nice touch.
Switching the jets on to isolate a section is also welcome with power adjustment of the pressure.
We have since had an ASHP recommended by Aquasolus and the whole system just works harmoniously.
Prior to the heat pump, I was interested in the running cost and running from the end of January when it was installed we hardly noticed the power consumption to the point I thought the meter must have been faulty!

Just wish I had one sooner.
