Complete scam. I didn't complete an order for one bottle, but was carrged for three plus 88.44 for "package protection". I'll report it to my credit card company immediately.

I haven't asked for a refund or anything but what I paid for. I am pissed. they owe me a charger. i sent a copy of the charges (tried to charge me 26.91 after the 144.43 and 29.99, luckily it was denied) and they just charged me another 9.99. Refunded it, after I emailed them and asked wthck, my last response to the charger was, feel free to go to the website and order another. And all of it cost significantly less days later. I don't know how well the product works either. And I bought 3 of them. If you like wasting money and being treated like crap, sure buy from these theives.

Ordered three bottles and they were unbranded. One has completely quit working after about three months. They do not hold a charge for nearly as long as they claim and we have not noticed any measurable health improvements. The instructions they give on their site and what they send you do not totally match up either. Don’t waste your time with this company.

This company is definitely a scam. When we used one of the bottles for the first time, the glass broke and separated from the base just when lifting up the bottle. Also, without my knowledge, I got signed up for a rewards program under scaleslifestyleshop.com that charged my credit card $9.99/mo until I figured it out. They offered no compensation. Stay clear of Aqua Vital!!

I went back and forth with a representative. Told them their company was a fraud. Complained that the site clearly states it ships from within the US, but yet my order is coming from China! They gave me a refund of 50% off after I asked several times for a return address. They can’t provide a return address!!! And they stated I can’t return for full refund because they gave me the 50% off. Horrible business!! My credit card statement says it from Afterlife not Aqua vital! WTF!! So shady!!

Aqua Vital lies and says they are based in New Jersey and that you will receive your order within 5-7 days. When I received my tracking information, it was coming from China with a one month delivery time. My bottle would not seal because the lid was improperly made and when I emailed them for a refund, they offered ne 50%, then 75% and finally 85% for me to keep the bottle because there is a 15% restocking fee. I accepted because it would cost more to return it than to keep it and trash it. I emailed them again and asked how they could charge restocking fee for a defective product and they didn't have an answer.

Aquavital is a scam! I didn't notice until after the fact, that the 4 websites I checked, looking for the top brands of hydrogen bottles?
Were ALL sponsored sites! Coincidentally singing Aquavital's praises! Was also over charged $29.99 USD for a second bottle I DID NOT select! I immediately called customer service for the refund, which they denied me saying my order was already processing to ship... The broken English was almost impossible to understand. Red flag after red flag after red flag.

This is a rip off... the company response to issues with the product and how to return or exchange it are automated.. first they offer 50% refund, then 65%, then 85% ... basically, there is no location to send it back or exchange it, and it is definitely from China.

Absolute scam

AquaVital hydrogen water bottle is cheap chinese production junk..... just reading the 'instruction' pamphlet - an obvious AI produced piece of fantasy literature, will be a screaming red banner alarming the user to the rabbit hole they're about to tumble down.
The AI tech customer service # is worth calling simply for the unbelievable response you'll get from the AI representative, SERIOUSLY, call it. Record the call for latter proof that this buffoonery is for real.
My bottle came with half the charger device included, then it never produced the hydrogen bubbles when turned on. J U N K. !!!!!!
The customer service agent was polite though excruciatingly difficult to understand. I took the refund offer but was nicked close to $18 for shipping which was NEVER disclosed in the original purchase receipt.
I am done purchasing anything directly from CCP,,, and this was not disclosed at time of purchase either - US address/phone number was given as point of contact, which again was another point of false information.
Do yourself a favor and purchase the hydrogen tablets which you drop in water, wait 2 minutes to dissolve and slug it down. Much less frustrating.

I checked five different websites on the top hydrogen bottles. Aqua vital was number one on every one of those. So I went to the website. It said made and shipped from the US. Because of that I went ahead and purchased 2. I should have came to trust pilot first. So they shipped my order and when I check tracking it was coming from China. So they lied about made and shipped from US. And now I go to trust pilot and I see the horrible reviews. I will give them a try and then ship them back immediately for a refund. Assuming that they honor a refund. I also think that they either own these fake websites that say they're number one or they pay the website to put them at number one.

Ga nooit in zee met Aqua vital. ALLE Klachten over service en contract beëindiging zijn 100% terecht. Waardeloze firma

Leveringen zijn een ramp!
Bij elke bestelling gaat het mis: we krijgen wel een bevestiging maar er wordt niet geleverd! Voor elke bestelling moet er meerdere keren opnieuw gebeld worden omdat er gewoon niemand komt opdagen. En als ze dan komen opdagen, is het op de dag dat werd doorgegeven dat het bedrijf is gesloten. Vreselijke service, er wordt heel veel beloofd maar het loopt voor geen meter...

Slechtste service ooit en verouderd bedrijf.

The site is misleading. These are NOT made or shipped in the USA. They are made and shipped from CHINA.

Horrible customer service. My bottle never produced bubbles. The instructions and trouble-shooting advice was not helpful at all and was hard to even decipher given the poor translation to English.

I was told I had called two weeks later than the money-back guarantee covered and no effort was made to compensate or provide replacement.

Wanneer gaat er iemand die gangsterpraktijken doen stoppen!!! ik lees reviews sedert 2019 die ik alleen maar kan beamen. Ik moet ook alle problemen ondergaan als hieronder en geraak niet verder dan alleen maar te moeten betalen voor een derde vervang toestel dat opnieuw op non actief staat. op aangetekende brieven wordt niet gereageerd of worden niet opgehaald. en weet je welk antwoord ik kreeg op een mail waarom de brief niet werd opgehaald!! adres klopt niet. terwijl ze zelf nog mails sturen met een blijkbaar oud adres.
wat doen we hier aan???

Niet te geloven ondanks alle slechte reviews dat deze firma gewoon kan verder werken. Ik heb het ook allemaal meegemaakt en uiteindelijk een dikke factuur betaald om ervan af te zijn. Ga niet in zee met deze gangsters. Dat een water fontein zo’n kopzorgen kan geven hou je niet voor mogelijk.

Contracten werden correct door mezelf aangetekend opgezegd en nog steeds ontvang ik facturen voor het huren van de waterfonteinen. Onbegrijpelijk !!! Hiervoor al gemaild, gebeld en aangetekende brieven gestuurd maar nog steeds geen gepaste reactie. Excuses met de massa zoals het computer systeem ligt plat, we begrijpen alleen maar frans, er moet eerst betaald worden vooraleer de boekhouding rechtzettingen doet, enz Ik heb het hele dossier doorgestuurd naar het advocatenkantoor waarmee ik samenwerk en ik heb toestemming gegeven om te dagvaarden. Deze hele miserie duurt ondertussen al meer dan 1,5 jaar en ik ben het beu ! Opgelet als u met dit bedrijf zaken doet !

Ook ik ben een van de slachtoffers van deze bende bandieten!
Al 4 jaar probeer ik vanonder hun contract uit te komen, via mail an aangetekend het maakt allemaal niet uit. Ze blijven onterecht aanmaningen sturen. Ik heb alles alvast doorgestuurd naar de consumentenbond. Een regelrechte schande dat een Belgisch bedrijf op deze manier zaken doet!
