Customer service was great in my case. I spoke with Dario who was friendly and took the time to understand my issue. Everything was sorted out faster than I expected, and the whole process felt smooth.

I was very impressed how fast it was delivered. I followed the instructions on cleaning it before I started to use it and that was very simple to do. I did have a problem with the power button cover on the front being partially off, but I managed to o get it back in on and I emailed them about it. I received a quick response about it and they assured me that since it's charging I don't have to worry about it being damaged and if I have issues in the future to o contact them and they'll help resolve any issues.
I've only had the hydrogen bottle for 3 days and it's been working fine. I use filtered cold water and drink it we I think 30 minutes of it being charged. I've had trouble sleeping and since using this for a few days I have slept really well. The water tastes really good and I prefer adding filtered cold water vs room temperature water. So far I do drink at least 4 bottles of water everyday.

I'll update more later when I've used this for a while and get my lab results back to see if it's helped increase my eGFR, which right now is 44, stage 3B kidney disease. This is the main reason I bought the Hydrogen Pro hydrogen water bottle.

Delivery was fast and the product came in good condition. After using if for a while, I can say it does what it's supposed to do. It's a reliable product and worth trying.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and honestly don't understand some of the negative comments. Mine works perfectly fine and everything feels solid. I also noticed a small improvement in how I feel, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I brought 2bottles January 16 2025 with extented warranty in October one of my bottles stop charging I called about the problem they asked for a video of what's wrong I send it then returned the bottle for the warranty I have not heard from them since or get my bottle back they scammed me

First the product, the hydrogen bottle works as advertised. I have really noticed a difference in my health after 3 months of drinking two 14 ounces a day. The customer service is spot on. They answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. Great company.

I accidentally placed an order with hydrohealth….I notified them within 15 minutes to please cancel the order….they responded right away.
As soon as I received the order confirmation and order number, I emailed it to customer service - they responded, notified me that the order was canceled and the charge removed from my credit card.

So far I am loving this bottle. For some reason I am drinking a lot more water which is good. I would like to see a cap that has a straw though or even a flip top to drink from. I drink water while I am driving and that is not possible and stay dry right now

Before I started drinking the hydro health water when I urinate it always sends a nervous feeling all through my body. I thought I was not drinking enough enough water, but now I drink one bottle of hydrogen water every day without as much regular water and there is no more nervous feeling. Thanks hydrohealth.

I was diagnosed last year with stage 3 CKD and I decided to try hydrogen water so I ordered 1 bottle and I have not looked back since . I have still to get my yearly blood check done so the jury is still out on that one, but I do know that my energy is much better I'm sleeping better and my sense of well being is so much better. I unfortunately dropped the lid of my bottle and a bit broke off, so I spoke to Gail @ customer service and she was so kind and got me a new bottle for half price. Preparing and drinking water which has gone through the hydrogen process is one of the easiest things I have done for my health. In three months my eGFR has gone from 67 to 78. This is very rewarding and proves this water does what it is advertised to do. There are a lot of other benefits too which I am experiencing but not so much as confidence in the process given these results. Thank you
